Steve Witt My 1974 Chevy C-10 wouldnt start & I had it towed to ACA Automotive!!! Normally they dont work on older vehicles but Adam was very gracious in letting me have it evaluated at ACA!!! He kept me appraised at all times about costs & repairs necessary!!! They diagnosed my problem as being with my carburetor/choke!!! I was able to drive it home!!! Im still debating whether to just get a new carburetor or have this one rebuilt??? But thank you to Adam & his team for their excellent customer service!!!

Anita Zuniga I went to get my car smog and took about 1 hour and half. The guys are helpful and respectful. The bathroom is clean. I used my AAA card to get a discount. I have no problem taking my car in for a service. I Recommend the company.

Rudy Huezo Ghassem’s Service Center in the LBC provides amazing service for a fair price! I was referred to them by a neighbor and I’m glad I called and took my Prius in for service. The catalytic converter was stolen and I priced out a few service shops including Toyota (you can only buy the part from Toyota!) I stopped by Ghassem’s and their price for parts a labor was a lot less than the others. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and kept their word - which is very important to me. They also installed a metal shield that I purchased from CAT to hopefully thwart any future attempts to steal the catalytic converter.

Ashleigh Cole Ive been bringing my cars here for something like 15 years. They always treat me fairly and do great work. Theyre very good about explaining what the problem is and to let me know what should be prioritized vs what can wait (and how long it can wait for), have even done a few things for no charge when it was something small that didnt require a lot of time or parts, and their prices are very reasonable. We recently had to replace our transmission, the dealership wanted $11K. Our guy here went above and beyond, tracking down a refurbished transmission that was hard to find and they were able to do it for half what the dealership wanted.

Griff All the guys that work here are really nice and straightforward. Ive had my car smogged here two different times and it was always very quick very easy and cheap. They mostly just work on cars but I was able to get their help in tuning up some motorcycle brakes and they also help me diagnose another problem while I was there. Definitely a good spot

FBA LeadsUS Stumbled upon this place being a newer resident to Long Beach and suddenly acquiring a flat rear for my vehicle. I was hesitant bringing it anywhere besides my normal mechanic, but I knew it needed to be close to avoid extremely costly wheel damage. Seriously couldnt speak higher about Jacob and his team. Being a younger gentleman with an extremely expensive car (especially for the area), I become a bit skeptical as to whether or not I am receiving fair pricing for vehicle related services. Jacob literally took my car in, fixed the flat and did not touch or move the car out of respect for my car. He also took the time to show and give me the nail that was in the car, while explaining the future signs of wear for my tires. Oh and the best part...all for $30. Hes one of the good ones seriously wouldnt think twice about bringing my cars here. I see why his lot is always busy now...will be back soon.

DaJohn Murray These guys were dishonest about their tire pricing and charged me excessively for a brake job. I went in for four new tires during a “buy 2 get 2 free” special, but ended up getting charged $761 total when each tire only cost $112. That was a 96% markup per tire and a $140 mount and balance fee, when normal shops charge 25%-35% mark up. So I effectively paid for four new tires, not two. They also tried to charge me $710 for new brakes and when I said that was too expensive he said he could bring it down to $369. I went to Autozone and bought my own breaks for $62 and got them changed out at another shop the next day for $140 ($202 total). These guys were going to charge me $710 for a $202 job. I will give them credit for being fast and available and doing good work. However, as a man of principle, who values fairness and honestly, I can never support that business again.

r50r Victor was supposed to remove a snapped bolt from the turbo from my car and instead of removing the turbo assembly decided to take the turbo apart breaking it in the process and never showed up. this guy cost me 2.8k in damages and blocked my number.

Juan Victor was unprofessional and did me a disservice not finishing the job I gave payment to do. I think he doesn’t know how to complete certain jobs and looks on youtube to figure it out because he kept typing things in YouTube when he was trying to fix my vehicle. He said he will be back tomorrow with the parts and never showed up. He won’t answer my calls and when he does he states he had an emergency but never show up. I think he’s a fraud and scammer!!!!
