Would’ve been 5 stars but they left my battery terminal completely loose…luckily they didn’t disconnect when I was in the middle of driving…got in my car about 2 hours after getting home to run an errand, and they battery wasn’t being picked up at all, which then led to me figuring out it was because both the positive and negative connectors on the battery terminal weren’t tightened at all… Glad it wasn’t hazardous. Quality customer service.

They’ve helped out with minor issues to major, from cracked pistons to transmission diagnosing, to even changing out my partner’s alternator when it was having issues. I’ve been working in the auto parts industry for four years, and I can honestly say that out of all the shops I deal with on a daily basis, they’re some of the best and friendliest that I’ve met.

    tamala clarice: Worst auto repair shop in Long Beach. I simply wanted a diagnostics test to see why my brake lights were still on after getting new brakes and new taillights. The owner Rodriguez asked me on Friday to come back on Monday at 10am. I come back on Monday and he’s not even there, let alone none of his employees speak English. I had to use a translator to explain my situation. I came back on Tuesday like he asked me to and he’s still not there but then had the nerve to ask me to leave my car there overnight. Absolutely not, I’m not leaving my car in a rural area overnight and it’s only form of transportation. He then told me to come back on Wednesday af 9am and guess what? He’s still not there. This man asked me to come to his shop four times and not once was he able to service me. Kept giving me the run around. If I could rate this experience zero stars I would.

    Antonio Roderick: Its weird because I was happy that they took my car due to no other mechanics willing to handle my electrical issue. My problem is that theyve kept my car for 3 weeks without really putting any work into it. Theyve given me a quote that I paid for which Ive found out later was not needed. When I got my car back, there was scratches on it when theyve pushed it to a wall, the tires had damage thst I didnt have when I gave it to them. To make a long story short. Another mechanic fixed my issue for $160 vs. this shop charging me a total of $800. I guess thats how thing work in Pasadena. Mechanics think people will pay for anything. SMH. By the way, this was at the 590 N. Lake location in Pasadena, Ca.

    Kimberly S. Rosas: I have an old 2000 Saturn SL1 that my parents had been having problems with since December of last year. He’s old but i absolutely love this car. I’ve taken this car to multiple spots to get checked only for no one to know how to fix it. After doing some research I found this store and they were amazing. The car hasn’t been giving us any problems anymore, running smoothly, and this will now be the place I always take my car for checkups. If you had any doubts on checking these guys out I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
