5 /5 Rigo: Had the best experience taking my car to C & M Automotive! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I needed a new catalytic converter put on. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was finished hours later that same day. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all of your auto needs/repairs.

William was very knowledgeable about my car and kept us informed every step of the way. They serviced my car in so many different ways with amazing customer service and competitive prices. I had the privilege of getting to meet the owner who personally shook my hand and moments earlier was getting his own hands dirty to have my car ready by the end of the day. 5 /5 James Hallford: I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car. The mechanics were very helpful & didnt try to charge me a lot. The owner looked @ my car personally! They helped me out, rotated my tires, balanced my tires & even gave me some tire quotes all for the original price! I will def be coming back for all my tire & alignment needs.

2 /5 Shay W: AAA sent my husbands car here. They “fixed” it and it cost about $400. My husband picked up his car and drove it not even 5 mins before a light came on the dash. He called and they told him to bring the car back the next day….well, when he got home the car wouldn’t even go into park and he couldn’t take the keys out. They sent a tow truck to get it and it ended up being an additional $1100 to fix that issue. WHY DIDNT THEY SPOT THAT ISSUE DURING THE DIAGNOSTIC?? They also took FOREVER to fix the car. My husband racked up hundreds of dollars in Lyft fees to get to and from work. We have two babies and this happened days before our son’s second birthday. It was super inconvenient with him not having his car and the people didn’t do anything to try to lower the price. Seems janky to me…there was never anything wrong with his shifter and then all of a sudden there’s a problem? Welp, nearly $1600 and over a week later…we just got the car back. Hope it doesn’t break down AGAIN!
