Goldie I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Sunny at Fix Auto Green Valley, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! After my Ford Transit camper van was involved in a wreck, I was in a tough spot trying to get it repaired quickly and properly. Greg and Sunny went above and beyond to ensure the van was not only fixed to perfection but also that I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Their customer service is exceptional—both were incredibly kind, professional, and communicative, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about the customer, and Fix Auto Green Valley does just that. If you need any body or collision repair, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Sean M My children and a bear destroyed the interior of my Ram 1500. My insurance company suggested that I get quotes from Fix Auto and a few other places. They came in at reasonable to lower quotes. Fix Auto worked with my insurance company so I hardly had to do a thing. The results were amazing. Like a have a brand new car. I may never let my kids set foot in my truck again. Kenneth Martinelli Corey and the team from Auburn Auto Doctors were great from start to finish. The estimate was clear and understandable, along with pictures of the area needing work as well as an explanation of what was needed. Corey even took me out into the shop when my truck was on the lift to show me the parts and how they were in bad condition. Corey called me when the work was done; however, he was not happy with the way one of the parts was after being installed and did not hesitate to re-order the part to get everything to his satisfaction. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. After driving the truck Im very happy with the result. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors for a job well done.....!

Kyla Retzlaff I received a flyer in the mail from Auburn Auto Doctors with a great deal for a full service oil change. When I called to inquire about any extra costs they were happy to help (I forgot the gentlemans name that initially helped me). He quoted me a price and set an appointment. The appointment lasted 1.5 hours. They had snacks and coffee which is the way to my heart. They kept me informed while I waited and I never had to wonder what was being done. At the end of my appointment Marco printed out a checklist of the items they inspected. He advised me which things should be addressed in order of priority. The overall experience was great! I felt respected, heard, and valued as a customer. Ill definitely be back.

Katie Lugo Logan is the BEST Tanya is as well youll never be disappointed with your service at Rogers Automotive team is great and definitely straight shooters which I personally love. Btw if you see this review and think is reads well into a possible experience youll have with Rogers Automotive please tell them Katie sent you. I have had almost everything maintenance done with them plus some extra. Oil change, brakes, shocks which were well over due, and my coolant leak resolved with this team and they will have my business for a long time.

raymond tate John is outstanding! I turn my Jeep over to him and have complete confidence that he will service what is needed, make any recommendations for upcoming issues and always give me quality work at a reasonable price. More than once I have needed special attention due to unique situations and John has always volunteered to treat me with outstanding care before I can even ask for it. That kind of detail is a terrific relationship builder. I am so thankful I found a mechanic I can trust. For me, Rogers has handled everything from the routine oil change to a complete engine installation, and he even recommends other local shops for anything that Rogers does not handle. Thats being a good neighbor for Auburn. I appreciate that. Thank you John, Walt and staff. You guys take a load off my mind!

Patric McGuire I’ve had okay experiences here before but during my most recent oil change they did not bolt my skidplate back on. Two of seven bolts were loosely attached, the rest were gone. Had to take my car to a mechanic to get it reattached properly.

Keith Brawley Used to bring my vehicles here all the time. Unfortunately, not sure I will be anymore. I was billed $150 as a "diagnostic fee" on air conditioning service; while I understand the service could not be performed, most shops charge less than half of this. AC still doesnt work, transmission couldnt be serviced. Probably shouldve just gone elsewhere.

Rebekah Martinez The guys at Gold Country Express are so so polite and kind. I went there for the first time this last weekend and was so happy I found this place. I had been going to a corporate oil change place but the other place was trying to tell me my car needed nearly 2 more quarts of oil than it even takes. I looked around on Google Maps to a place close to my house and saw these guys were open so gave them a call I was able to bring the car and they finished it in like 20 minutes if that. I was impressed. They have a spacious seating area, vending machines for drinks and snacks and the drinks are cold. They have amazing hospitality here and are prompt. I will absolutely be returning here. No reason to go elsewhere. Also, they are family owned! So awesome. Thanks Gold Country Express!

J Impeccable Service Right Up Until Closing I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received at this place. Needing an oil change, I arrived just ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away. To my surprise, they welcomed me in without hesitation. The entire process was swift and efficient. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such top-notch customer service, especially so close to closing time. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be returning for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

Alex Benjamin Jeff and Chris are awesome. No nonsense and great communication. friendly guys too, and the service and repair was done in 24 hours. I took my Rav4 to a recommended spot in Reno and they estimated a minimum of $7500 repair and told me to get a new car. Local friends in Foresthill CA said Jeff thinks outside the box and charges fair rates. I will never take my car anywhere in California besides JEFFS AUTO REPAIR in Auburn.

Loves Traveling We bought our Lexus GX470 in December 2003 brand new, and she has served us so well for over 20 years and more than 250k miles. The last ten years she was parked outside causing the clear coat to peel in several places. We struggled with the decision to just sell or take the plunge and get her repainted. We talked to several places, but after talking with Troy at Prime Time our decision was made. He was so great to work with and gave us the confidence we needed to just keep the vehicle we love rather than sell. We just picked her up today and couldnt be happier! She hasnt looked this good since the day we bought her, and the team at Prime Time went over and above to make her look great. We had the rims painted and the headlights cleaned up while she was there as well. We cannot recommend Troy and his team highly enough. The price was extremely fair, especially compared to other places we talked to, and the service and quality cannot be beat. They even provide a warranty! Seriously, give them a call or go in and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed! ☺️

Andrew Fountain MV Automotive came highly recommended by two avid Porsche enthusiasts I know. In fact, one said it’s where he sends his own mother for repairs and doesn’t worry about her getting ripped off. I have now taken three vehicles there (everything from a Boxster to an DB9) and they continue to impress me with the quality of repairs, reasonable pricing, and exceptional customer service. Rita Leppien MV Automotive team is amazing!!! Mike, Lindsey & Sean are the 3 employees that I had the pleasure of working with. My initial visit I was greeted by Lindsey for new brakes. She was so kind and informative, my first impression and the awesome service brought me back. I also had a code that kept coming up and a courtesy scan was done and we decided to schedule a time for the repair. Mike explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done (under warranty). Mike was excellent and worked with extended warranty company and the inspector they sent out. While repairing my car Sean noticed other repairs that were needed and instead of having me come back at a later date (adding another deductible) Mike cleared it with warranty company. Sean did all the repair work that needed to be done on my BMW X3 which was completed in a timely manner. They were all friendly and patient with all my endless questions. Just observing the respect and camaraderie the MV team had for one another in the shop left me knowing my car was in an honest and trustworthy shop! Don’t hesitate to trust MV Automotive for your vehicle repairs.

Nichole Martin They are amazing. I always go here, they are very trustworthy. They dont take advantage of you and they diagnose your car tell you what is wrong and its up to you what you want to fix. They dont pressure you and make up "things" that are wrong.

FH I paid for a service I didnt get and they said they did. If I were to rate them just on their customer service theyd get 5 Stars. They have young people who seem to genuinely get along and they have a sign "the Island of Misfit Toys" with candid photos of the employees. HOWEVER, based off the work performed they get a 1 I went in just before the big storms were to hit the area. I specifically asked of they would be putting air in the tires, my tires were low. I had tried to put air in prior to a doctors appointment but ran short on time and hoped they would when I paid for the service. The employee said yes they would. When they were done I was shown the invoice and told the front and rear tires were inflated to 35psi. I headed out to the car and I looked at the dash to see they never touched the tires and because of the time I had to get going to work. If they will lie about completing a service that is visibly obvious they didnt do, how can I be sure they did do the service I cant see? How do I know they really did change my oil? I have taken our Lexus, Jeep, Camaro, and other vehicles there but think its time to find a new location for service. Since I left there; after work; I have had to go to 4 different gas stations, in the pouring rain, trying to inflate my tires. All their machines have done is deflate my tires more. I am beyond upset and appalled at the failure of the business to lie and not complete the service for which I paid and they claim they did.

Shawna Pharo Never do you get great service at a quick oil change place, but these people are so nice. In and out in 20 min. Vacuumed from seats. Told me about a repair needed, and offered to help replace screws for free once obtained. Will be back.

Todd Nance Fast courteous knowledgeable service for the past 8 years. Steve ( the owner) greeted me on Saturday morning 7:55 a.m. I will be returning for future smog checks. first come first serve basis appointments are recommended if you have a 1999 or older vehicle. My truck was finished at 8:20 an. approximately 15 to 20 minutes for smog check
