They know what running boards are or the meaning of "three on a tree" Im sure they work on more modern cars but I like my old Caravan and my old Hyundai. Monique Reed Do not use the Amigos Auto Care Shop off of 7th street. They will scam you and run your rates up and give you an increased rate after doing the job. They told me 2500 and my bill totaled 3800. After doing this they supposedly stated they put a lien on my car for the difference. They also didn’t fix my car correctly. Please beware and do not go to this repair shop.

kathleen velasquez I just went on Tuesday to get a quote for a oil change they told me it would be $35 and that I could bring my own (its recommended) stuff. Then I go today with my oil and filter and Im first told ok to the $35 and then 10 minutes later when my car is inside about to get the work done he says the best they can do Is $50 wont be ever going there or even suggesting it to anyone. And honestly the price is not the problem its the fact that they switched up so fast and were dishonest. Also they have a huge sign promoting a $29 oil change. Why do that?

Rama Bassham I could not find the windshield wiper blades that fit my Audi, no matter which auto store I visited, like Napa, Kragen, and Pep Boys. So I stopped at GLN Auto Pros who service European cars. Maurice, the owner, immediately ordered exactly what I needed. The proper blades arrived the next day. He called me like he said he would and quickly installed them for me, checking to make sure they worked properly before I left. This shop is clean, organized, and they are on top of the work. Maurice Eldada is personable and knows what hes doing. I used to use the dealership, but henceforth I will have all my repairs and maintenance for European cars serviced at GLN. You wont find their level of attention at the dealerships. I highly recommend GLN Auto Pros!

jesse davis Been trying to take my 03 525i for a check engine light and burning oil problem, You must have to be known to get in with the mechanic. 2 diffent times I was told the mechanic would call me back and this is the 2nd time he never called me . Told me to wait till Wendesday , for what, just waisting my time holding me off . Will not be trying to come here anymore

vivian payne At first, I felt really let down. I was not informed of my car status, I was being charged for something that I had already paid for. I was not being treated like a customer who has spent thousands at this place of business. After paying a lot of money, this is not how I want to be treated. There was a manager by the name of David, I think. He stepped in after I explained the situation and remedied it. If it had not been for him, this survey and situation would have had an ugly unpleasant outcome. My suggestion is, talk to your employees. Have meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page. Talk to them about leaving customers on hold for more than 10 minutes. Talk to them about conversing with the customer and to return phone calls with updates. . I experienced all the above. Just do better if you want to continue receiving my business.

Rose Lank Patrick Jones made us feel like family and was very informative about my new Tahoe. I took it in thinking there was a fuel leak. He insured me that everything was being looked over. Instead of finding a fuel leak they found a few other things that were still under warranty. I know why they are #1 they are thorough I do not regret buying my Tahoe from Victorville Chevy! Our sales guy was perfect Tito. Now I just have to get use to all the engine under the hood as Patrick said! There is no fuel leak just a V8 lol
