They were great with communication and kept me informed with all aspects of the insurance and repair process. They made sure the insurance company did not cut corners. They handled all those communications as well.
On my first repair the bill came in at $100 under the estimate, which I especially appreciated because it was not an insurance claim, but out of pocket. I have never experienced that in any situation before.
On my second repair, they finished a couple of days early. They also were kind enough to touch up two scratches that were unrelated to the insurance claim, at no charge.
In both cases the work was flawless. As a rather perfectionistic person when I say flawless, I mean flawless.
They are timely, courteous and professional. In every conversation I have had with them I was treated super friendly. Everyone I have encountered has been very kind and understanding and down to earth.
They have a great mix of quality work and yet being very personable.
As a form business owner who had the desire to run my business in similar fashion, I can say they nailed doing business the right way, in literally every aspect!
