5 /5 Rebekah Martinez: The guys at Gold Country Express are so so polite and kind. I went there for the first time this last weekend and was so happy I found this place. I had been going to a corporate oil change place but the other place was trying to tell me my car needed nearly 2 more quarts of oil than it even takes. I looked around on Google Maps to a place close to my house and saw these guys were open so gave them a call I was able to bring the car and they finished it in like 20 minutes if that. I was impressed. They have a spacious seating area, vending machines for drinks and snacks and the drinks are cold. They have amazing hospitality here and are prompt. I will absolutely be returning here. No reason to go elsewhere. Also, they are family owned! So awesome. Thanks Gold Country Express!

Needing an oil change, I arrived just ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away. To my surprise, they welcomed me in without hesitation. The entire process was swift and efficient. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such top-notch customer service, especially so close to closing time. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be returning for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

They take the time to explain what your car needs without the customer feeling any sales pressure. And they are the quickest oil change around!! You barely sit down and your car is finished. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The location and price are what keep me returning. This week I had hardly gotten my soda from the vending machine when my car was finished all services completed. No one hard sells filters etc.. friendly, efficient and priced right.. give them a try, you wont be sorry.

Never feel like I’m being sold snake oil, and service needs are always met. Had a busy day at work, so he came by and picked up my truck, and delivered it back once the service was done. Solid dude.
