5 /5 Kenneth Martinelli: Corey and the team from Auburn Auto Doctors were great from start to finish. The estimate was clear and understandable, along with pictures of the area needing work as well as an explanation of what was needed. Corey even took me out into the shop when my truck was on the lift to show me the parts and how they were in bad condition. Corey called me when the work was done; however, he was not happy with the way one of the parts was after being installed and did not hesitate to re-order the part to get everything to his satisfaction. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. After driving the truck Im very happy with the result. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors for a job well done.....!

5 /5 Kyla Retzlaff: I received a flyer in the mail from Auburn Auto Doctors with a great deal for a full service oil change. When I called to inquire about any extra costs they were happy to help (I forgot the gentlemans name that initially helped me). He quoted me a price and set an appointment. The appointment lasted 1.5 hours. They had snacks and coffee which is the way to my heart. They kept me informed while I waited and I never had to wonder what was being done. At the end of my appointment Marco printed out a checklist of the items they inspected. He advised me which things should be addressed in order of priority. The overall experience was great! I felt respected, heard, and valued as a customer. Ill definitely be back.

Full complimentary inspection. Even stayed late after hours to get it done earlier. The truck has never run better! Needed it for a long trip. 5 /5 Alison Harms: Great service and great communication! My AC had been out for several months and these guys fixed the leak, recharged my AC, topped off fluids, and changed my air filter. They are quick, let me borrow a car since they had my car overnight, and had great communication throughout the whole process. Shout out to Marco for answering all my questions and making it a seamless experience! Couldnt recommend them more.

From the diagnostic drive to the estimate and following repair I felt the team at Auburn Auto Doctors were taking my concerns seriously and were working with me to get my repairs done in a timely and affordable manner. While I do not wish car troubles on anybody, if it happens… I would trust Auburn Auto Doctors to take care of your car. They definitely have my business.
