    Jack Lunsford: These guys are top notch. Primarily spoke to Seth and Travis, but everyone in the shop was super friendly. Ive had some hit and miss experiences with tuners across the Bay Area but the entire process at M45/Snail was just so smooth. I assumed the process would have taken the majority of an afternoon but they got me in and out in less than an hour; even after showing up a few minutes late. I’ve owned my Subaru for about 6 years now and it’s never been running this well. Absolute 10/10 for their service. Thank you Travis, Seth, and the whole team at M45!!
