I needed body work done on my Audi EV and 1st, they were highly recommended by my insurance company and they worked very close with them as we ran into a couple of issues. The car looks great and you could not tell it was ever injured. They went above and beyond to make my experience he best. They are courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Hailey at the front desk was so enjoyable too. She was pleasant, helpful, and smiled. Perfect for greeting the clients. Jack Lunsford These guys are top notch. Primarily spoke to Seth and Travis, but everyone in the shop was super friendly. Ive had some hit and miss experiences with tuners across the Bay Area but the entire process at M45/Snail was just so smooth. I assumed the process would have taken the majority of an afternoon but they got me in and out in less than an hour; even after showing up a few minutes late. I’ve owned my Subaru for about 6 years now and it’s never been running this well. Absolute 10/10 for their service. Thank you Travis, Seth, and the whole team at M45!!

Nick R Had M45 install my Cobb nextgen fuel system and tuned by snail performance. Had a great experience and fuel economy is greatly improved as well as power. Second time having them work on the Subaru. Will be back for some more nice upgrades, Waited nearly a month after work completed for a honset review.

Todd Glatfleter My somewhat Easy job got pushed back to a month and a half, then 3 months back, due to a hard-to-find part for my 2018 Honda Element. The staff felt bad about my situation and scanned the country daily until they found a used part. Upon arrival, they finished my vehicle in days and had me on the road. My 3-month time turned to 5 weeks. It was not a perfect situation, and as they had heart and did their best and got it done fast, they got bonus points. They only give an option for five stars, and I’m giving the shop ten stars. This is what good customer service and heart is all about. Your team are all rock stars in my book.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

K Rick The shop and the manager have integrity. I was referred to them by my mechanic and have never used their services. And there was a bit of a miscommunication between the man who worked the counter and myself. In my previous experiences with shops, they shrug and put the burden on you as the customer. But at Certified Automotive Repair in Grass Valley they are some people that you can really trust and in the end they made sure to take care of me and compensated me. I recommend them as a 34 year resident of Grass Valley who has used many mechanics. Im on my way to pick up my vehicle from there now.

beverly doneghue I have been thru hell and back on car service. I was so comfortable meeting the wife @ crew. They are very honest @ thorough. They tell you whats wrong with your car,repair it correctly. I didnt have to pay $300 to have them just to take a look at it. I paid nothing. I did take them a fresh box of hot baked donuts to show my appreciation of the service I received. The son was also great customer service.The honesty the accuracy @ the mechanics area was clean and organized. I would recommend this place very highly. Until they prove me otherwise, I will be taking my car from now on to automotive service center. Thank you staff

Kevin at the Auburn Service Center welcomed me and understood our service needs and time restraints. He got the correct parts quickly and his dad, Brennen Nelson, did an expert brake job for us with high quality parts. Kevin and Brennen Nelson were our life savers. I would highly recommend them for any auto service.

jason cardona This is the only place I trust to work on my subaru outback. They are very fair and trustworthy. Ive had multiple repairs in the past and Im always satisfied. One time I brought my car in for a low oil pressure light and it just needed to be reset. It was a huge relief to have my car back so soon. I highly recommend.

Samantha Ting Let me start off by saying Ive been going to a different shop (EU Tech) to service my 2017 BMW 4-series for years, but as a single female, I found EU Tech staff often dismissive and sometimes downright rude. This last time my car needed service, I decided to take it in to European Auto Care to get their opinion. George is amazing. First of all, this guy answers the phone himself and does most of the work himself - no pushy "service manager" middle-man type people. He is also kind, caring, and honest. He explained everything to me without talking down to me, but also enough that I would truly understand what was going on with my car. He found a leak that EU Tech had missed, and did the work required to get my car back up and running for much less than EU Tech would have charged me. He updated me personally throughout the job, had great communication, and got it done quickly and correctly. When I picked up my car, he showed me the parts he had replaced and what he noticed that was causing my issue. Drop off, pick up, and payment were all straightforward and easy. Then, to top it all off, George called me a few days after I picked up my car just to check on how the car was running. Honestly, amazing. Ill be back. My two cents: If youre debating between European Auto Care and another shop, give your business to someone who actually cares and understands how to treat a customer, like George.

Marty Main My older pickup truck has needed several things replaced due to its age. Firstly, the gas tank sensor failed to indicate the level of gas accurately. Due to supply chain issues and getting a timely repair completed, an after-market part was used. It proved inaccurate, too. After a few weeks, the OEM part from Ford was obtained and installed. All in all, the gas tank had to be removed three times, but I was only charged for one time. Most recently, the truck started showing signs of overheating on long and steep grades when "pushed" hard. A sticky thermostat was replaced under warranty and the fan clutch was also replaced, both of which helped the engine to run a bit cooler. However, the engine still would get hot under the same extreme conditions. Deeper troubleshooting revealed the original radiator was a bit clogged. Because the truck had to be brought in twice for the same problem, a new radiator was installed, labor-free. Chris and the team are great. I highly recommend Quality Automotive in Auburn, CA for all your FORD car or truck repairs and maintenance.

Steve Ide This is the second time Ive used this shop. So far, Ive been pleased with them. Chris (owner) is very personable and explains the services rendered and why. Being mechanical plus experienced with auto repairs myself, I can usually sense when Im being sold a bill of goods about my vehicle repairs. So I really appreciate his honesty and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary maintenance or repairs. This is what irritates me about dealerships. The constant upsell. What I also noticed was how neat and tidy his shop was. First impression is important to me because if a shop is dirty and disorganized, I figured that the work done on my vehicle would be the same. My vehicles are Fords, and this is a Ford shop. Theyre also Ford diesel experts as well, which is the main reason I chose them in the first place. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. In summary, I highly recommend this shop and will be having both my Ford vehicles (Diesel and gas engines) service here in the future.
