Well let me say Ean and his coworker are hard working men. Ran checked the alternator and said nope my alternator is good, so he saved me some money. It was another part in the car, I dropped my car off this morning and it was done by 11am. They honor their work. If you are having ANY car issues, I say go to them first.

Jude Everytime Ive had weird problems I havent been able to diagnose myself, I went to Thomas Automotive and Shawn/Sean was able to figure it out almost instantly. He is a well experienced, knowledgeable man of his work. Recently took our 2003 Ford Expedition in, could not understand why the check engine light wouldnt come on, Shawn/Sean took a moment out of his VERY busy schedule (parking lot was completely full) to look at the car and figured it out almost instantly. He gave me some amazing recommendations and sent me on my way after fixing me up. Great dude, can definitely trust him and his work.

Taylor Brown Stay clear away from this tire shop. They Tried to talk me into a new tire over a tiny nail in the tread. They quoted me 55 dollars to rotate my tires and to patch my tire originally which I was okay with. They then insisted they would plug my tire once I told them to put the wheels back on and I would go somewhere else. After they were done they still wanted 55 dollars and told me the plug was 20 dollars and that if I wanted it patched it was 40 dollars. Biggest tire shop scammer in Yuba City. Update 01/27/25 Went to get tires rotated and had 3 cross threaded lug nuts that required new wheel studs because of this place. Stay clear of this tire shop

Trey Alfred I feel they were very unprofessional. Very big attitude, very loud and disrespectful. I came in to get my vehicle smog and paid. The vehicle did not pass smog being it had to be driven for approximately 50 miles as I was told by the workers and the owner to do so I went out and drove the vehicle as they told me and came back with the vehicle and then they refuse to smog my vehicle told me not to come back today After I already paid Response to OWNER : actually, there were three people there I assume it was the owner, his son and the person that worked there doing the smog. I spoke with all three people at Yuba tire smog repair and I was told by the son to go drive the car about 20 miles and return the vehicle after driving down 113 highway and that is what I did. I definitely made a payment to get my vehicle smog and was willing to pay for any additional cost , after I returned the second time and the vehicle did not pass. I was informed by the worker to drive about 5 to 10 miles and try to keep the vehicle within 55 to 60 mph and that will do the trick and to return back to get my car finished so I did and when I returned, I was met by the met by the OWVER saying do not return today with the car and he doesn’t know what I need to do or how many miles to drive I never yelled at you or got rude in any way I have the video sir I’ll post that as well just do better with future customers and I paid for the service and was willing to pay any additional cost or fees I was never asked to pay anything additional. Lupe Torres Auto diagnostic for 2017 jeep Cherokee for my transmission. Which I already new something was wrong with transmission. Left it there wasted 5 days to get there and the lady at front desk was rude as heck did not even say hi. We had to say something first still no reaction Then she calls mechanic to give update on my car to hear him say ya I dont work on that year of model I dont have that equipment. So why did he even charge me for the diagnostic which I did not get a complete print out and he knew that he was not going to be able to do that. I would have preferred him to tells up front than lie to get that fee. Things are hard right now as is and to have someone just like that lie is pretty messed up. They are not honest and front desk lady Rude. Also the took something off my key phobe that hold my key together and said I dropped it off like that Really!!!!!

Extra care was taken with a plastic seat cover and floor mat protection which was appreciated as the interior is new. I always enjoy the team at Grumpy’s and to see all of the great projects and upgrades the car customers are having done here. Grumpy’s has done a ton of work on our car and they have always kept me updated on any challenges and concerns to include any costs associated with finding something unexpected. I have seen other reviews from customers who have faced some challenges which can be very frustrating, but I have never had this experience. The team at Grumpy’s have always been very professional, with great care taken with my car and the work being performed. David Williams Joe and his team are THOSE GUYS! My vehicle was involved in a hit & run while it was parked. Driver side headlight was scuffed and very noticeable scratch underneath it. Process was smooth from start to finish. Only hiccup was that insurance was trying to pay for an aftermarket headlight, however, Joe fought to get the OEM (Dodge) headlight. Joe even installed LED snorkels on my front grille! Fantastic work!
