I deal with repair shops a lot in my business, and places like this are hard to find; they care about their customers, and its not all about the money.

5 /5 DAVID MENDOZA: I brought our 55 Chevy in for routine maintenance and suspension adjustments. All work was done as asked and within the estimate provided. Extra care was taken with a plastic seat cover and floor mat protection which was appreciated as the interior is new. I always enjoy the team at Grumpy’s and to see all of the great projects and upgrades the car customers are having done here. Grumpy’s has done a ton of work on our car and they have always kept me updated on any challenges and concerns to include any costs associated with finding something unexpected. I have seen other reviews from customers who have faced some challenges which can be very frustrating, but I have never had this experience. The team at Grumpy’s have always been very professional, with great care taken with my car and the work being performed. I just can’t see myself not being able to navigate a conversation to a positive outcome with the team at Grumpy’s.

They troubleshot my issues and asked critical questions about the vehicle’s history and encouraged me to ask if previous maintenance had a warranty on the failed parts. They worked to get the warranty honored and made it happen. Great work accomplished, great customer service and care, great prices, and great folks for both maintenance and reception. 5 /5 Sienna Alexandra: I brought in my 89 4Runner for suspension and brake repairs, and had it back in my possession by 5pm on the same day! I don’t like to take my classic vehicles anywhere but here. It wasn’t cheap but they worked with me on the price and even offered a payment plan because I was a new mom at the time. Had an overall great experience. Everyone was nice, especially the girls in the office.
