I needed body work done on my Audi EV and 1st, they were highly recommended by my insurance company and they worked very close with them as we ran into a couple of issues. The car looks great and you could not tell it was ever injured. They went above and beyond to make my experience he best. They are courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Hailey at the front desk was so enjoyable too. She was pleasant, helpful, and smiled. Perfect for greeting the clients. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Kneisel in Auburn for your automobile needs.

They repainted the hood of my car, replaced a broken door handle, and took care of two missing trim pieces on my window—and the results were flawless! The paint job looks like it came straight from the factory, perfectly matched and smooth. The new door handle works great and looks just like the original. The trim replacements were done with care and attention to detail. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you need any bodywork done, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Tanya Drewitz: Kniesel’s did a great job repairing my car and communicated with me often on the progress. My lift gate actually closes better than it did before my accident..ha. The work didn’t take long at all and they even detailed the inside for me, which was a pleasant surprise! Definitely would recommend them!!
