Joshua Blake & Maggie Samuels Hidden Gem! Most reasonable repairs & best quality custom work. Been a customer for almost 10yrs and wouldnt consider going elsewhere. They have worked on everything from Jeep Wranglers to Toyota Prius to Generators & Quads.

Jared Levie My sprinter van broke down on the road. We had it towed into automasters. Amazing customer service, and very quick and knowledgeable mechanics. Had us back on the road the same day! Did I mention this was all over the holidays. Can’t recommend enough.

Nancy Horton We were traveling through Eureka and started having problems with the differential in our 1972 Camaro. We called Joe and he said to bring it in. He ended up servicing it, fluid had broken down, and had us back on the road in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Chuck Horton

David Halonski Carlson You guys did beautiful work in a timely fashion an I was super super pleased! It looked like a brand new vehicle. Unfortunately, not 30 minutes later, I went to Eureka Natural Foods, parked in their parking lot and went inside to shop. When I came out, someone had sideswiped my passenger side already. Of course, they didnt leave a note. Aint thar the wat life goes? But for 30 minutes it was beautiful. I think Ill cry now.

Cat Koshkin I’m very happy with Fred’s Body Shop’s work. I was using another body shop but just decided to get another estimate. Fred’s was much less. And I was so pleasantly surprised that they cleaned and washed the car inside and out! Fred’s is now my body shop of choice.

H M If you live in Eureka, or even if you are just visiting, and happen to have car trouble, or need an oil change, etc., this IS the place to go! The receptionist and the mechanics are so kind, honest, and trustworthy. My husband has gone to them for almost 6 years now, and Ive gone to them for a little over a year now; theyre always stellar with their service, with taking care/fixing our cars, and with their prices. Their customer service is just as great, and I will confidently go back, each and every time. God Bless them, and God Bless you all.

David Ackroyd Picked up my Honda SUV a few hours ago. I can clearly see why the reviews are 5 star!! The drivers side fender and wheel trim piece were scratched pretty good. The finished product was above and beyond my expectations. Josh is a really nice guy and did a Great job. HIGHLY recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Dustin Owens I took my wifes vehicle in and showed it to him on Tuesday of last week. Monday of this week, he fixed the door dings and dents for a very reasonable price. Josh was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend.

This guy is a true craftsman in his element, with a great attitude and honest character to boot. Places like this is are far too rare these days. I will bring ALL of my business here. Exactly what I was looking for in an auto upholstery shop.

Patty Forbes Shawn went above and beyond to Make repairs to my Ford F150. He came to my home at 7 PM and worked hard explaining everything and was able to complete the job by 9 PM. Awesome mechanic. Honest and affordable. I would recommend him to anybody needing auto repairs.

Kat Hogan I was having issues with my breaks, and when I called Shawn came by my house like an hour later. He was super transparent about the entire process, helped fix my car for an extremely fair price, and was efficient and professional the whole time. Highly recommend his service.

Daniel did an excellent job hunting down the issues my car has been experiencing. The prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend for anyone that wants caring and experienced hands working on their car.

Ale The team working here is fantastic. They are all very informative and helpful. Nicole especially provided advice and offered her input in my situation. It felt very much like she was giving me the best solution and not trying to get me to pay for something unnecessary. I really appreciated their time!

Amanda Genzoli I am very pleased with the service I received from them. I believe I mostly dealt with Nate and Lacey but everyone (including the birthday girl, sorry forgot her name) was very nice. I wish customer service was like this everywhere. Some other things that I appreciate are: -How they helped me get to work in the morning after dropping car off at their shop. -How they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to find a plan that best fit my needs and budget. -How they made my car look, I am happy again when I see my car. :) Thank you Quality Body Works!

Janet Fitzgerald They’re the best! They’ve fixed a couple of my cars and the work is always excellent. After a cement truck sideswiped my latest car, they repaired it (and detailed it!) so the car looks new. They are responsive, reliable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Kat Isakova I highly recommend this company, for they helped me with a difficult oil change last minute (drive thru oil places refused to do it). Very professional and fair prices indeed. I had a nice chat while waiting, and was very happy with the results after I left. Definitely will go again if I ever need to.

Lorey Keele Over the years we have gone to Tim for fixing and maintaining all of our vehicles. Tim has shown us time after time that he is an excellent diagnostician, and a highly skilled mechanic. He makes sure that you receive the best and most complete service he can provide. He does not make mistakes and he does not skimp on time! In all the years we have been going to him we have never ever had to bring a vehicle back because he misdiagnosed or fixed the wrong thing. He is by far the best there is and our family feels very lucky to have him keeping our vehicles safe and maintaining them so that we can have use of them for a long long time.

Christian We came to Eureka from out of town to visit family over thanksgiving. We were so thankful Tim got us in and could help us so quickly being there for only a week and he had it done in couple of days. Update: Now, less than 5 months later, we’re having the same problem with our van. We understand parts break so we called Tim and he told us the part is under warranty and to call them. More time passed as they couldn’t find the warranty so we called Tim again and unfortunately he didn’t provide great customer service (hence the 4 star rating). He said that looking for the invoice would take him away from his current work and take too long. A part time person could help with paperwork filling. My last review was harsh and I do apologize. However, I was still frustrated with the customer service experience but thankful we got home safe.

Oliver Olover Took my truck in for a smog certificate, everything went great, 30 min in and out, mechanic advised me that my water pump was going out and gave me tips on how to diy, awesome heads up, I fixed the water pump and will be looking to Broadway automotive for all future jobs beyond my skill level for sure. A good honest locally owned shop. Thank you Broadway automotive!

Lauren Naples They were FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. I had to come repeatedly while trying to figure out getting my new (to me) car up to smog, and he was so informative. He drew a picture for me to explain the issue in laymans terms, and when even the mechanic couldnt fix it, gave us the easy solution that fixed it for us. Answered ALL of my MANY questions kindly and understandably and was so kind through the whole process. I give my HIGHEST recommendation.

N Pouln This has got to be the most amazing garage in the country. We travel full time in our motorhome. We had our transmission go out on the top of a mountain and this garage was the closest he was kind and understanding on the phone. He helped in every way he could. We got the motorhome towed to his shop and found out we needed a new transmission. He said we could stay in the rv well we waited for the transmission to come in. He ran power out to the motorhome so we could stay in it and not have to pay for a hotel. He went out of his way to give us a loaner car in case we needed to get around town. When I say I recommend this garage I mean it from the bottom of my heart thank you to ray and his team well they are more like a family then a team over there. @nathanielpaigepeace on TikTok we travel a lot year round. If your traveling here or around here or you plan to travel this route get your work done by this garage I promise you won’t retreat it

Brittany Garrison We had car trouble on our road trip to Washington and were lucky enough to find this shop in Eureka, CA. Bryon was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He made sure we were taken care of, got us in quickly, and had us back on the road in no time. It’s not easy dealing with car trouble during a move, but Bryon and the team made a stressful situation so much easier with their honesty and care. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area — true lifesavers!

Travis Joslin After some negative experiences at a dealership, I decided to take my truck to Old Town Auto when I realized my coolant was low. The service advisors were very helpful and the team was able to figure out very quickly it was a coolant line that had a leak and also diagnosed an oil leak that no one else had noticed. I was updated consistently about the status of my truck and was given rides to my home and also to work while I waited for it to be finished. I was even given a loaner to ensure I had a good set of wheels while my truck was being worked on. The staff was professional and consistent in their customer service. I am highly satisfied with this shop and they have earned themselves a future repeat customer!

Aazhie Ryakes Helpful front desk, great work. Car runs much smoother and my main concern has been resolved perfectly. Repair took longer just because my old car had a plastic part that is easily worn out, so sourcing a new one was harder than we all expected! I got some discounts for the wait time and really appreciated that!

A S I’ve been going to Pro Pacific for years, and they have been nothing but the absolute best! I originally found them because they were recommended for working on carbureted cars, and that turned out to be some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten. They have always been kind, patient, and happy to explain. Coupled with their transparency and honesty, it makes going to the mechanic a good (if not great) experience, rather than a nightmare. I highly recommend Pro Pacific, and always tell people about how well they’ve treated me and my cars!
