Carly Hegle I went here because these guys are authorized installers for Tire Rack and I needed an opinion on whether to get new tires before a long road trip. They were incredibly honest and pointed out that I really didnt need them for quite a few thousand miles! They also checked my systems in my car in general to make sure it was in good shape for the trip. Amazingly, they would not let me pay them because they had done no actual work on the car. If you want an honest, caring and kind auto repair place, Local Heroes on Bodega in Petaluma is it!

Daisy Very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the problem and repair it the next day. They even dropped my sister off at home. Then picked her up again the next day to get the car. Kept us in the loop with what was going on with the car as well. Price of repair was cheaper the expected. We will use them again and recommend to others.

Patrick Hanson I had a heater hose explode and they repaired everything. However later a non related part started leaking coolant from above the thermostat so I replaced that part and found that the mechanic had used some crappy sealer instead of a proper o ring gasket. I ended up fixing that part myself. But that’s what you get from them. They won’t say hey man I couldn’t get this part on right so I glued it. Yeah

StevenJudy Jones Being from out of state & soon to make a long drive home across 4 states & the desert, I took our vehicle in and talked with Kody at the referral of a Petaluma friend. With 116K miles and a new serpentine belt & tensioner installed 2 years earlier, he looked at both and declared them fit for duty and the 1500 mile drive. No pressure whatsoever saying I should get either replaced. Thanks Kody! A small shop on the corner - the best kind of place to go!

Calvin Bragg These guys are hands down, some great people to meet... I had my family with me on our way to a camping trip when our truck began overheating on hwy 116. We really didnt know who to call for help. While looking online we found a local shop, Accu-Line, and decided to call to ask if they had any mechanics available. Sure enough, Stephen answered the call and brought us some instant relief. He said, come on in and they would help us out right away. As soon as we arrived, He and Tyler jumped right on our truck reassuring our family that wed get back on the road in little time. The two of them had the parts ordered, delivered, installed - and tested - all within just a couple of hours. I know many people are going to look for reviews on $$$ money and pricing, so let me just tell you that these are some of the most honest people you are going to meet. They didnt overcharge by no stretch of the imagination. Fair pricing at its best. If you want to see a clean shop with clean mechanics come see Stephen, Tyler and the crew down at Accu-Line! Aaron Dal Poggetto Took a 2020 Kia Optima in to diagnose/fix a passenger seat occupancy issue. They had the car all day, and called back saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue. They said it was the passenger seat occupancy sensor (which I already knew) but didn’t know where they could even get a sensor to replace it, let alone how to fix it. They charged me $185 to just unplug the sensor so the sensor wouldn’t go off while driving, as well as disconnecting the airbag in the process. We got absolutely scammed, and their advice was go to a junk yard and buy a whole seat. I bought a used sensor on EBay for $60 and re-plugged everything and it all works perfect with no issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone as we were scammed and we ended up fixing the issue ourselves using Google and EBay, while giving these people $185 for no help. Unbelievable.

Istvan Csapo Be aware of being scammed. Could not or did not want to diagnose a blown head gasket. The engine had a loud metallic banging noise coming from the engine block. Ran up a few hundred dollars by doing an oil change, spark plugs, cleaning injectors, anything but fixing the actual problem after asking them multiple times to take off the valve cover. Even a simple compression test would have revealed the problem.

john murray They guys are incredible. They are so honest. I had them look at a repair as a second opinion. I even told them it would be a water pump and some other things (quoted $1100 by another shop). They determined I didn’t need the water pump or any of the other items. $200. I’ve had similar experiences with them since. You can trust these guys.

Carmen Arias Joey is such an great guy! He was very patient with me! He explained in detail what would be necessary in order to potentially repair the vehicle. It was a service they were not able to perform themselves, but he gave me recommendations of a couple of other local shops. I truly appreciated such attention to detail, his customer service with his honesty is outstanding!!! He did not want to charge me anything for his time looking at the car. Knowing the situation I was in after having purchased a car and 6 days later it breaking down, I truly value & appreciate his generosity!!! When I may need servicing on a vehicle in the future..... I know for sure that Ill use Bill and Jays!!!! Also they were recommended to me by a friend, who is in the car business & has been a customer of theirs for many years so this is a DOUBLE RECOMMENDATION!!!

H Jerry I tried to do a DIY over the weekend, and I screwed up pretty badly on my axle and suspension kit. In a desperate situation, I called Dan at Whole Auto Repair, and he saved my day. He fixed up all my mistakes in his busy schedule and charged a very reasonable amount for everything. I would highly recommend Whole Auto Repair shop to anyone with any car problem. Very knowledgeable and honest mechanic.

Tate Thompson Glenn provided excellent service on my Diesel Jeep. He quickly understood what the issue was and detailed a reasonable and efficient solution (Something the dealer service dept was not able to do). Glenn and crew were accommodating and communicated well throughout the whole process.

Kindrah McClanahan Glenns crew always gives great service! They communicate clearly and finish their work on the timeline the provide. They are reasonably priced and an all around great place to take your vehicle. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly which brings a certain level of comfort to someone like myself who knows very little about cars!

Caliber was clear about what needed to be repaired, how long it would take, and exactly what they were doing through the whole process. They were done early and the car looks even better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend.

Nancy Wilson It’s never good news when your car is damaged enough to need the services of professionals, but knowing that a repair place like Caliber Collision is there to help is the brightest spot in an otherwise very bad day. My car was towed to Caliber: undrivable, glass shattered, with dents and scrapes. The initial assessment by Kim was thorough and professional. The repair work was done promptly, and my car was returned to me nicely detailed and looking great. Maybe the best part of all was the exceptional communication from Kim and Christy in the office, with frequent updates and clear answers to my questions. My insurance chose Caliber to do the job; if I ever need auto repair work again, Caliber will be my choice.

They were able to turn around one of my cars in just a couple of hours and get the second one in before the end of the day. Pricing was reasonable, staff was flexible and friendly. This is my first time working with these guys and at this point Im just assuming they did a great job. But as a local transportation company with a small fleet, I expect to use them quite a bit moving forward.

Dusty Fabulous service! These guys are top notch with communication, service, parts, timely car return. I take my Mercedes Benz Sprinter (RV) here, and I can trust they will do great work and follow through. I loath going to the dealership - the dealership charges a bundle just to look at the rig. Paul & crew at CK looked at my car that had a check engine light on, there was nothing wrong, and, guess what, he charged me nothing! Go figure! What a wonderful human. Ill always happily bring my MBS to these folks, they are honest and trustworthy!
