1 /5 Aaron Dal Poggetto: Took a 2020 Kia Optima in to diagnose/fix a passenger seat occupancy issue. They had the car all day, and called back saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue. They said it was the passenger seat occupancy sensor (which I already knew) but didn’t know where they could even get a sensor to replace it, let alone how to fix it. They charged me $185 to just unplug the sensor so the sensor wouldn’t go off while driving, as well as disconnecting the airbag in the process. We got absolutely scammed, and their advice was go to a junk yard and buy a whole seat. I bought a used sensor on EBay for $60 and re-plugged everything and it all works perfect with no issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone as we were scammed and we ended up fixing the issue ourselves using Google and EBay, while giving these people $185 for no help. Unbelievable.
