5 /5 Amanda Genzoli: I am very pleased with the service I received from them. I believe I mostly dealt with Nate and Lacey but everyone (including the birthday girl, sorry forgot her name) was very nice. I wish customer service was like this everywhere. Some other things that I appreciate are: -How they helped me get to work in the morning after dropping car off at their shop. -How they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to find a plan that best fit my needs and budget. -How they made my car look, I am happy again when I see my car. :) Thank you Quality Body Works!

5 /5 Janet Fitzgerald: They’re the best! They’ve fixed a couple of my cars and the work is always excellent. After a cement truck sideswiped my latest car, they repaired it (and detailed it!) so the car looks new. They are responsive, reliable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Garrett Snedaker: I dont ever leave reviews, but I have to leave one for Quality Body Works. I was in an accident and the insurer for the other driver accepted liability. Even though my car was deemed totaled, Quality Body Works went above and beyond in helping me navigate how to deal with the insurance company. They even spoke directly with the insurance company, provided photos and offered helpful advice. QBW (including Nate, Kameron, Ashley, Dena, etc.) really went to bat for me when they didnt have to do so. The car rental folks also had nothing but great things to say about the shop. Any car of mine that needs body work will be going to QBW.

5 /5 Anna Yopp: These guys are awesome. The staff is incredibly kind and communicative. Had a minor bumper accident that they fixed but on top of that they noticed the paint peeling and metal rusting on the side of my car from a repair job done before I owned the vehicle. Moisture had gotten into the repair unknowingly and commonly. Turns out it was their work so they let me know and they fixed it free of charge. I was astonished by their honesty as I wouldn’t have known what the damage was from or that it had been their work. Plus the complementary detail was a lifesaver as I’m 8 months pregnant and planned to clean my mom mobile after I got it back. The complementary detail saved me time and my back! I will absolutely go to them again and recommend them to anyone.
