Josh explained everything to me the process and everything and then once he got my car in there, if there was anything else that was added, he went in the detail on explaining what other damages they found once they took apart the car. Josh also let me know what was going on step-by-step as they’re finishing up my car and then once I picked up my car, Josh seemed like he was more excited about how it turned out than I was, which is awesome because that means they really care about their work Second experience, I had here both top-notch great to work with. Liudmila Cojuhari It was my first time when I used Fix Auto Services after a car accident. It was recommended to me by my insurance company.They told me that repairs will take up to three weeks but they finished all the work such as full replacement of the passenger’s door and fixing back panel in one week and a half! My car looks like brand new and like it has never been in the accident. Everyone in the office is very polite and professional. So Hail Dealership quoted me $4700 to replace the fuel pump on a C6. KC got it done with an oil change for ~$2500. Didnt even charge me for diagnosis. Brandon Watts Great place but this is crazy. I had them replace my axel. They informed me the oil was low and they added some for me to top it off. That was nice of them. However, they didn’t put the oil cap back on. This car isn’t a daily driver so thankfully I caught this before major damage but going to need this taken care of guys. My entire engine is covered in oil. Will be contacting you Monday morning.

He was very quick and very kind, helped me fix the belt as well as checked my fluids to make sure all was good before I left. I highly appreciate and would absolutely recommend their service. craig thomas My mechanic tried to fix my distributor and timing mechanisms and wasnt able to after multiple attempts over two days. Their office tried to sell me a $200 part for $750, so I had to source it on my own. Mechanic ended up accidently breaking it in the end, and left. Not a perfect company by any means. Wish they could have helped more and I think they think that as well. Was obvious mechanic was bummed. Probably should have at least helped me get the car to another shop after all this.

Will Ho The guys at Roseville Auto Repair Center went above and beyond with their help with our unique issue. Special thanks to Nicholas, Jonathon and Chris with roadside. My daughter goes to school at the University of Washington in Seattle and when she had a battery issue she called AAA to replace the battery on May 1, 2025. The technician who came out and replaced the battery actually installed the incorrect battery. We found this out when on our return home for summer break while getting gas we lost complete power to our vehicle. After about an hour of investigation we found the positive battery terminal was loose and the terminal could not be completely tightened because it was hitting the cap on the battery and could not clamp the entire post. The technician would have known this when replacing the battery. COMPLETELY BOTCHED JOB!! When I had roadside in California come out to replace the battery, they said they could not because it was a different club and they would not get reimbursed. This was the same excuse when I called AAA Washington state. I commend the guys at AAA Roseville (Nicholas, Jonathon and Chris) for doing the right thing for me and my daughter by going ahead and replacing the incorrect battery when AAA Washington could only say NO! Thanks Guys!!

I have been to both the Riverside and Antelope shops and the service, and the staff are both the same in how they treat the customer and the quality of the work, which is outstanding. Ann Thomas I had a wonderful experience at Honest Engine. My car is twenty five years old and it was making an awful noise. I had been told previous to going to Honest Engine that I needed a new transmission. My neighbor suggested I go see Paul at Honest Engine. When I described the sound my car was making Paul told me immediately it didn’t sound like a transmission problem. It turn out to be a couple of loose bolts that needed tightening. My car is running perfectly now and no noise. If I had gone to a mechanic that was not honest, that mechanic could have replaced my transmission and charged me for it. I would have never known that it was only loose bolts and a new transmission would have cost me a fortune! I highly recommend Honest Engine because they live up to their name. They truly are honest and it warms my heart to know their are people like Paul in this world who won’t take advantage of others. I am so grateful that I was recommended to Honest Engine and I will never go anywhere else again. I trust them 100%!

True to their name, they are honest about: 1) the work that really needs to be done, 2) work that may have been recommended (like, by another shop or dealership) which is actually NOT necessary, and 3) work that will need attention, but can wait a while (unlike many other places) Always friendly, prompt and helpful.
