    JackHenry Aagaard: Came in for a alignment, dropped it off in the morning, it was done by noon so I had the keys picked up for me by a family member so I could come pick up the vehicle after I was off work. Showed up after they were closed in the late evening to find my vehicle COMPLETELY unlocked, with the accessory mode still on, radio and interior lights running. Older Toyota so very easy for someone to steal! Very cherished and sentimental vehicle that could have been quite easy stolen and/or damaged. Just glad I picked it up that same day and not left it all night, who knows what would have happened :/

I hope they work with me on that... This transmission fluid change was done in a very timely manner. I honestly dont know what the going price is for a transmission fluid change. But what he asked me for seems pretty reasonable. The invoice clearly identified parts and labor. No hidden fees.

    Kenneth Martinelli: Corey and the team from Auburn Auto Doctors were great from start to finish. The estimate was clear and understandable, along with pictures of the area needing work as well as an explanation of what was needed. Corey even took me out into the shop when my truck was on the lift to show me the parts and how they were in bad condition. Corey called me when the work was done; however, he was not happy with the way one of the parts was after being installed and did not hesitate to re-order the part to get everything to his satisfaction. They also provided me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. After driving the truck Im very happy with the result. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors for a job well done.....!

    beverly doneghue: I have been thru hell and back on car service. I was so comfortable meeting the wife @ crew. They are very honest @ thorough. They tell you whats wrong with your car,repair it correctly. I didnt have to pay $300 to have them just to take a look at it. I paid nothing. I did take them a fresh box of hot baked donuts to show my appreciation of the service I received. The son was also great customer service.The honesty the accuracy @ the mechanics area was clean and organized. I would recommend this place very highly. Until they prove me otherwise, I will be taking my car from now on to automotive service center. Thank you staff

    Alex Benjamin: Jeff and Chris are awesome. No nonsense and great communication. friendly guys too, and the service and repair was done in 24 hours. I took my Rav4 to a recommended spot in Reno and they estimated a minimum of $7500 repair and told me to get a new car. Local friends in Foresthill CA said Jeff thinks outside the box and charges fair rates. I will never take my car anywhere in California besides JEFFS AUTO REPAIR in Auburn.
