1 /5 Brandon Watts: Great place but this is crazy. I had them replace my axel. They informed me the oil was low and they added some for me to top it off. That was nice of them. However, they didn’t put the oil cap back on. This car isn’t a daily driver so thankfully I caught this before major damage but going to need this taken care of guys. My entire engine is covered in oil. Will be contacting you Monday morning.

1 /5 Alena Cucias: They are pretty rude sometimes. I got a letter in the mail with an oil change special which was a pretty sweet deal. I scanned their QR code and made an appointment for the next day on their website. I got a confirmation email. I came in the next day and one of the front desk guys was like “we don’t do it like that here, you have to drop off your car here in the morning and pick it up when we’ll tell you it’s ready”. Then why have an entire appointment scheduling platform on your website and advertise it? Totally wasted my time coming there that day. So one of the guys scheduled me to come a week later and they never sent any confirmation. On the day, I call them and they said they don’t give confirmations to appts that are scheduled in person. Anyway this is only half of their issues. When I came, their driver was currently dropping off other customers so I had to wait 10 mins before he came and dropped someone else off first and then me. I came back home almost an hour after leaving even though I live around 10 mins from the shop. Then an hour later they told me it was finished. Why could I have not just stayed there and waited? Anyway, they said for me to call if I needed a ride back, so I did. The guy said that the driver is at the shop and will come to me soon. I waited 50 mins for him to come. This whole process was so overbloated because of how they run things. I was literally just getting an oil change, and somehow half my day was taken up by it. They gave some seriously overpriced quotes. I am not coming back here ever again, biggest waste of time ever.

1 /5 Gwildor the Dope: Tried to charge me $300+ for something they broke while working on my car. Then I replaced the thing they told me to replace and the squealing sound still happens. Just go somewhere else, shady business practice if they think you don’t know anything about cars.
