KT M If I could give it 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. If you are a cancer survivor specifically, DO NOT go here. I have been a cancer survivor since 2008 and all I wanted was to establish care with an after care doctor. My radiation oncologist recommended going to UCSF as they have "the best cancer care" in the Bay area. I established care with them last year and it has been nothing short of a medical nightmare. From doctors who refuse to call you back, to doctors that claim theyre able to diagnose if you have a tumor without even doing bloodwork or checking lab scans, to doctors who wont mark your upcoming mammography exam as urgent when you have symptoms, to doctors that tell you in November 2018 that they will put you in contact with an after care doctor, only to tell you in March when you come to find out that its not even the right type of doctor. Apparently the final straw for me was a doctor saying they were going to call me back after looking into if there was a better option than a hematologoist. This is now over 2 weeks ago and there has not been a call back. Also, news flash, you dont send cancer survivors to a hematologist. You send them to a high risk clinic to establish care with a Breast Cancer Surgeon because they know what signs to look for and specialize in this. Never going here ever again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Anna H Would be one star, but my doctor was nice. First, lost one of my lab samples. Second, told me they had sent a refill request to the pharmacy but, when I went to pick it up, it didn’t exist; when I followed up again through the app, they declined my refill request without including a reason. It is a medication I’m required to take daily, same dose I’ve been on for over two years, and I absolutely required a refill. This place is a mess.

peijuechen My mother was coming in for blood infusion. She was checked in the hospital at around 2 pm. While waiting, I asked the nurse how long she needed to wait, she said that she wasn’t sure. Then I asked her to estimate it. She said about 1-2 hours. Then I asked if she could have some thing to eat while waiting. She said the eating would be the last part, after finishing the blood infusion. I said that would be very late, my mom would be very hungry. The nurse said, she had to wait, later on they can order something for her from the hospital kitchen. Although I disagree with her, I accept her explanation. However, at6:40 pm, my mom I was still waiting for the blood. A nurse came in to ask if my mom wanted some dinner. I said why the changed what they said. They said , oh , you can eat. My sister rushed back home to get some hot food for her. What I am complaining is that the nurse In That evening didn’t answer my question with concerns and care. Giving me mixed messages, regardless the patient’s real situation and needs, responding patient’s relative carelessly. Show very little respect and are toward the patient. Very unprofessional!

龔振勝 Bruce Lee History: On November 27, 1940, Bruce Lee was born here. I was asked by the security what I was there for, and he kindly pointed to the plaque. I cant speak for the services this place provides, but it continues to serve the community, throughout all earthquakes and other issues SF has faced.

Angela Shipp excellent hospital with kind and considerate staff. I came in from the East Bay in extremely critical condition and left as good as new. Great nurses like Lucy, Odeyah, Jay and others took good care of me. Great CNAs like Zenaida, Priscilla, and Jessica also were of great service. PT and OT and Speech staff rock. Doctors are very good. Cleaning staff (housekeeping) keep the place spic and span. food is delicious. Hospital has excellent location near Golden Gate Park and behind St. Ignatius Cathedral. Zoe the Conceirge is a great asset to Kentfield

Tami Osheroff My husband has been at Kentfield since Dec 7th. The facility is clean and well lit. They have lots of staff and for the most part attentive to my husbands needs. But I need to give a shout out to Sim, Alex and Veronica. They treat my husband with respect and kindness. They go the extra mile which I appreciate.

Niccolette Portillo My friend has been trying to get treatment here for months and has yet to receive a reply. It can be understandable if they have no space for new patients, but they should at least respond. Her therapist did a clinical referral to this place but still, nothing. The other reviews are also terrifying

Richard Margoluis I wasted more than six years seeing local physicians, dentists, physical therapists, and massage therapists to deal with severe TMJ pain and immobility before ending up going to the Sol Silverman Oral Medicine Clinic. It is quite a trek from my home to San Francisco so I was reluctant to go. But now I wish it had been the first place I went rather than the last. I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Rashmi Mishra and her colleague, Dr. Nivethitha Nagarajan. They listened, analyzed, and problem-solved before jumping to treatment. They started with the least invasive procedure and basically cured 90% of my problems during my very first visit. What a relief! Thank you, Drs. Mishra and Nagarajan!

Maggie Mazzetti If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m shocked by how I’ve been treated by this clinic and after nearly 8 months, am STILL in an ongoing billing dispute with no end in sight. After initially being told they would take my insurance and no pre authorization was needed, I was shocked to receive a bill for over $500 for a short visit and 5 min phone call. I called numerous times to try and resolve this issue and no one ever called me back. I gave up and finally paid the bill, but was then told it was only half the amount owed. The reason? They were now penalizing me for trying to bill my insurance in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UCSF is great; this clinic falls far below their standards.

Rich Daigle The 2 stars are for the fact that they were close by and easy for us to get to but that’s about it. I understand that people are busy but the front desk staff are unfriendly and rude. The DRs seem to be just going through the motions (except Dr. Facuda, but we never got to see her) as they mindlessly shrugs they shoulders about any question you might have. The nurses were actually pretty great, that was the only good thing about this place. Lastly they will nickel and dime you for everything, including getting your child’s information to a new doctor, that was the last straw for us, I hope the nurses and Dr. Facuda escape that dead end, sad eyed place. Look elsewhere.

Meg D My daughter has been a patient here since birth (many years!). I have had many experiences with physicians and physicians offices for many years, also. While the physicians here are probably reputable, my history with their office staff is not favorable. My suspicion is that the group does not provide high enough compensation to attract the most dedicated office personnel. Recently, the physician ordered a referral to UCSF, and I was told that if I did not receive a call from UCSF in a day or 2 to call back. I did that at day 5. The office staff was insistent that they had sent the referral. Now its been a week. After my several calls to UCSF and to Pacific Pediatrics, no referral. I had to contact the doctor to get it going. If this was the first or only incident like this, I may have let it go. They need to hire staff that will follow through on administrative issues like this and take ownership. Instead the office staff become very defensive "who did you talk with" "oh, you were seen at our other office" responses like that. Think twice about signing up with this practice, due to the inefficiency o the staff.

Derek Wilson Terrible staff. They lie like hell. Then they bagger like terrorist. They threaten when you’re trying to leave, and they break Hapal laws. This people are evil and not to be trusted at all. They also failed the document your complaints. They will only focus on one and forget the rest and then threaten you! they need to be dealt with most of San Francisco is evil. Your city is the worst. They failed to help with disabled and it is clear that they hate them! There is no excuse for your behavior! It is also clear that you try to hide yourself on your paperwork and not say who you really are! The world should really do something about you and your people!

pizza pizza I went here three separate times and its been nearly impossible to get these three appointments. Appointment times are getting longer and Dr Martin is nothing but a joke. Ive received zero help and Ive been strung along the entire way and my insurance continues to pay, and pay, and pay. He makes sure to see the patient one to two times a year to make sure that he actually gets paid from the insurance. Dont go here if you want actual help. Im being told in February that I have to wait till December for RESULTS I have been given zero help the entire time Ive been there. UCSF is now just a money-making trap. UCSF used to be an extremely helpful hospital but as the years go on they get more and more unreliable. If you actually love your loved ones dont take them here

Andrew Gao Front staff is awful…. Takes weeks to process a referral and then when the referral was processed I called them and they said they are not accepting new patients. Could you not have told me that before I went through the hassle of getting all the referrals done?
