Very professional and I trust them to do right by me. Preventative care and those darn yearly exams I am always reminded to schedule is good as I wouldnt remember or Id blow them off if left to me. pizza pizza: I went here three separate times and its been nearly impossible to get these three appointments. Appointment times are getting longer and Dr Martin is nothing but a joke. Ive received zero help and Ive been strung along the entire way and my insurance continues to pay, and pay, and pay. He makes sure to see the patient one to two times a year to make sure that he actually gets paid from the insurance. Dont go here if you want actual help. Im being told in February that I have to wait till December for RESULTS I have been given zero help the entire time Ive been there. UCSF is now just a money-making trap. UCSF used to be an extremely helpful hospital but as the years go on they get more and more unreliable. If you actually love your loved ones dont take them here

Andrea Moran: Please do not come here. I would rate this hospital lower than 1 star if I could but that alone should tell you that my review is not great. This hospital has taken advantage of my family, with only their interest in mind. That interest being money. They charge you for blankets, there’s no A/C, they’re not clean and are negligent. Tell me why my aunt has been here for months and just NOW, they’re saying she has a flesh eating disease. When people have been around her, touching her. When her tab is about to run out. So now more money has had to be deposited. What the hell have they been doing all this time? Where are the hazmat suits? Why is no one wearing gloves or a mask? Why are her sheets not being changed out? Ever? Why are the family members expected to help lift the patient instead of the nurses and doctors doing their job? And if they needed help, they could be polite about it but they’re not. My aunt’s health could’ve improved but because of this disgusting place and their unqualified staff, she could lose her life. She has been transferred elsewhere, to a general hospital where the care and environment are such a huge improvement from this dump that’s a private hospital, where the care should be equivalent to what you’re paying for, right? Seriously, go elsewhere.

Sally Yong: We were visiting SFO and my husband fell ill unfortunately. The hotel put us to the clinic. Called at 11am and managed to get an appointment with Dr Savage at 1pm. We were attended to and triaged by the nurse who was very warm and friendly. Waited about an hour before we saw the doctor, believe he was out for another consultation. Anyhow, Dr Savage was thorough and informative about my husband’s condition and gave some good and useful advice and tips to manage and prevent sinus-related problems, and even dishing out some sound advice on parenting :) quite a funny guy! Fees including medicine is not cheap compared to home, probably 5x more, but this is America, healthcare is not cheap and accessible especially for non-residents. All good though, we get peace of mind with a good consultation and meds. Would recommend his clinic.

Nino B.: Came here for a profusely bleeding hand injury as this was closest hospital. Triage nurse was really nice. Waited in the ER waiting room for another 2 hours before being seen by the Physician Assistant on duty. The nurse with her seemed relatively new and was being trained. I realize financial constraints may have impacted staffing resulting in the long wait time. Overall, staff are friendly, but I would hesitate to come here for anything more complex or serious.

Rachael Abukweik: There sheer stupidity and no common sense that works in this clinic. Twice now theyve scheduled an appointment for my daughter then calls me as Im on the way to the appointment saying Im sorry we have the reschedule. Or the appointment they made for your daughters year appointment is "too early" so they have to reschedule again do you know how annoying it is to wake a perfectly fine sleeping child for NOTHING!!!! Just terrible
