Iris Hilton: My daughter had Chiari decompression surgery in October 2017. Dr. Jacques was wonderful!

Rachael Abukweik: There sheer stupidity and no common sense that works in this clinic. Twice now theyve scheduled an appointment for my daughter then calls me as Im on the way to the appointment saying Im sorry we have the reschedule. Or the appointment they made for your daughters year appointment is "too early" so they have to reschedule again do you know how annoying it is to wake a perfectly fine sleeping child for NOTHING!!!! Just terrible

Bailey McClain: Amazing experience, their team is sooo nice and helpful! They truly go above and beyond to help their patients. 10/10 amazing team amazing communication. They had someone giving me bi-weekly updates by email the whole process and any questions or issues I had they answered/solved it quickly and kindly! All my appointments were very informative, professional, and friendly! Unfortunately due to health reasons I had to cancel and reschedule and they were so caring and sympathetic about it and worked so hard with insurance and the hospital to get me a new surgery date a few days later which was very convenient because I live across the country and put so much time/effort/money/preparation into the trip. If I had to do it over again I would choose them every time, highly recommend!!!! I saw some bad reviews about communication issues but whatever issues they had seem to be very much resolved!
Edwin Hassid, MD - San Francisco
Robert D: I had the same experience as the other man. Dr. Hassid is nice but doesn’t offer any advice beyond common sense or webMD. For my annual exam, he double charged me for both my annual and for an office visit. The insurance company told me this was a common practice from greedy doctors who know how to overcharge and immediately add office visit to annual after goading you to say something that no longer qualifies for an annual exam, like asking about acid reflux for example. Fast forward to next visit, to review annual tests- $577 additional cost for office visit. I have been to many reputable doctors in the past and never had to pay roughly $1000 for an annual exam, blood work, and a follow up appointment. This guy cares about 1 thing - money. AVOID!

KT M: If I could give it 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. If you are a cancer survivor specifically, DO NOT go here. I have been a cancer survivor since 2008 and all I wanted was to establish care with an after care doctor. My radiation oncologist recommended going to UCSF as they have "the best cancer care" in the Bay area. I established care with them last year and it has been nothing short of a medical nightmare. From doctors who refuse to call you back, to doctors that claim theyre able to diagnose if you have a tumor without even doing bloodwork or checking lab scans, to doctors who wont mark your upcoming mammography exam as urgent when you have symptoms, to doctors that tell you in November 2018 that they will put you in contact with an after care doctor, only to tell you in March when you come to find out that its not even the right type of doctor. Apparently the final straw for me was a doctor saying they were going to call me back after looking into if there was a better option than a hematologoist. This is now over 2 weeks ago and there has not been a call back. Also, news flash, you dont send cancer survivors to a hematologist. You send them to a high risk clinic to establish care with a Breast Cancer Surgeon because they know what signs to look for and specialize in this. Never going here ever again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Darlene Wagner: Dr. Ha performed numerous throat operations to remove masses from my vocal cords and larnyx. Minimal pain and I was able to breathe again. Dr. Ha is a absolute wonderful Dr. with an absolute fantastic bed side manner. You couldnt ask for a better throat surgeon. I really miss him because hes across country from me. If your in San Francisco and need a throat Dr. make sure you find him

Mathew Dunbaugh: I cant ask for more, except perhaps some withholding of judgement... But of course,...it could be me, the silence when I enter the place and say "hi" and get no reply ... Otherwise, the place is doing its job... Although I wonder what the official job title and description is (Of Veteran Case Managers or anyone assigned a potential influence over my fate) ...and what freedoms they are given to recommend a vet to, say, a place they know the vet wont fit in... ...we all know when someone bears you Ill will, and when its those assigned to your care, however minor, it Instills distrust in our institutions.

Katherine Frazer: This guy was a clown. He was working at the sports med clinic at st francis.. he was not a good back doctor and he called me psycho and ruined my relationship with my knee doc
