Found Nomads I’m so glad I found JTC when I did! We’re towing a travel trailer, heading up north and we ran into some issues. We hit a bump and our rear tire ripped out our Inner wheel well liner. Jason was able to take care of us and go the extra mile to make sure our family was safe to get back on the road! He was able to lift our camper a few inches and fix the liner! Johnathan Bagley Wouldn’t make the time to help me with my truck during the wildfire that was near there town. Told me they were too busy to take 3 bolts out, found another shop that was just as busy but took 15 min to get the bolts out and me on my way to help with the fire. Wouldn’t recommend them if you have a simple job and a handful of cash they are too busy.

They quickly gave us friendly help, diagnosing our car problems in the middle of a busy day. It turned out to be pretty bad so we ended up trading the car in on a new vehicle (at Mickeys). Despite having spent their time and effort on our old vehicle and giving us great advice they refused any type of payment. These guys were kind, honest and good folks. Highly recommended with two thumbs up. Thank you guys.

Julie Rush I highly recommend this shop. We came through on vacation from WA and all AWD system failed. We were miles from home and with uncertainty driving the vehicle, we found this gem of a place. Branden was our first encounter and he listened to the details of what was wrong with car he then had my husband bring the car to the shop, Branden was very thoughtful and gave my spouse a ride back to hotel, This shop called within the hour to let us know cost and that they could fix same day, such a relief since we were on vacation. Zeb Ledbetter Had my car painted and damage repaired on left side, took over a month the first time. Got it back with clouds all over the car from polishing and runs on the hood from the paint job they did. Took it back the second time because they had to re shoot the hood and polish again. When i got it back it had a bubble on the hood. Then I take it back to get decals put on and the next day they are peeling off along with one that got riped so they over layed it. I do not recommend them in anyway shape or form to anyone. They will also say they will call you back over and over again with no updates. I will have the work done elsewhere and never go back. Everyone I know from here to Brookings OR will know as well.

Mr Slum My problem was. It took over a month to do an. Estimate on my vehicle. I never got a call back. I had to keep calling every time I called. They said theyll call me back. They never called me back. I had to go down there multiple times to find out what was going on it was a failure in communication. Thats why I give it a 2 stars. Bought my previous vehicles. I had no issues with the speedy service and good work.

Angela Snyder This place is great! They replaced my tail light bulb within ten minutes. I was previously quoted over $200 by a local shop, and told it would take an hour and a half to fix. Another shop in Brookings said it would take too long for them and it was too hard to get to, as I was told by yet another local shop as well. So after three frustrating attempts, the young man at Joe’s had it fixed within ten minutes and charged me $10.00! I gave him $20.00. Needless to say I will definitely be using them for any future work. Thanks so much!

Matt Be Kind of long but want to give full picture. Tried a local shop and will not return. Went in as the driver side heat was not working. Went in December and was told it was piece that needed to be replaced. Cool, and they ordered it and in about a week it arrived and went in. Didnt work but was told it was a different piece and they had to order it. THEN gave me my keys and battery was dead. Was informed they would help swap it out for free but had to buy the battery from them. I messed up by not asking and the battey was $400! For a Nissan rogue but I was not told the price at the time due to them needing that other piece and just told me they would let me know. At that time, i was thinking thats nice but was expecting a normal battery price of 200. Almost 2 months later I called annoyed as cold air in the winter sucks. They had the piece, went in and that piece was not correct and was for some "error code" that was never mentioned nor did it show. And was told to go to Nissan and get a software update to see if that helps. Over 3 months of waiting, which is pretty much all of winter, and didnt do anything productive. Wasted my time and didnt even care. The younger lady in the front was nice but it wasnt her fault but the other guy who messed up repeatedly stayed in the office to avoid any kind of responsibility and left her to deal with it.

Andrew Stewart Coastal Car Care Center went above and beyond to fix a coolant leak on my truck. Called them on a Friday morning and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. I was really thankful since I was leaving the next day. Zack was very professional kept me posted throughout the day on their progress. I know if it wasn’t for his and the shops extra hard work, I wouldn’t have been on the road the next day. The price to fix my truck was very reasonable. Amanda A. Dont go here to get your keys done. They broke my new fob when I just needed the fey to be cut. I purchased from dealer, George told me not to turn the key at the end of it. $55. Noticed that he broke the new fob!!! Then he goes on and on about how to turn it and says the brand new fob was fine and I got a good deal because he didnt have to program the new one because he took out the old. Im so mad that he broke the new fob, Im in the Same predicament as when I got here. Check his work

He offered for me to buy my own parts, but the cost of the repair was so cheap, I wasn’t going to bother, it’s incredibly worth it to go here!! They are fast nice, and the most reasonable people in town. The mechanic shop is sort of hidden, but it is absolutely a gem :)

Patrick Juliano These guys were conscientious, honest, and got the work done right. My car broke down while driving thru the red wood forest and we coasted into town. They were open on Sunday, when every other repair shop was closed too. In fact, they werent officially open, but they live across the street and so the technician came over to see how he could help. They quickly diagnosed the fact that I needed a new alternator for my 2002 Explorer, drove with me over to Auto Zone to buy the right parts. They charged only $70 for the labor, despite the fact they spent probably 2x the 0.7hrs cited in Chitlins tables. Thank you Dan and the entire team there for helping get my two kids and I back on the road so we could get home in time for start of school! Note: this is not an elegant place, and may appear to be a bit intimidating for the Lexus/BMW crowd. But if youve got a solid handshake and youre a straight shooter, I think youll get an inexpensive solution to what ails your car. Also, they dont have a ton of parts in stock, but can get them delivered the next day typically. Good luck!

Amanda Valena My friend and I were on a birthday road trip from San Luis Obispo in my Mini Cooper. We hit a pothole in Redwood Park which my run-flat, low profile tire did not like :-( Once we got to coverage, we started looking up tire shops nearby. We stopped at one down the street first, but they didnt have the tire that I needed. We stopped at Dans shop (Del Norte), He not only had what we needed, but went above and beyond to help us out. Not to mention, the owner, Dan the man (our hero) changed our tire for us so we were in and out lickety split! I highly recommend using this shop for all of your tire needs. They are honest, a family-run business, and Dan is truly a stand up guy. Without his help, we would have been stranded in Crescent City and missed the Oyster Festival that we had driven so many miles to attend. My friend and I cannot thank him enough!
