ZhundredMusic Met with disappointment and really hate to have to leave this review. My first encounter here was pleasant as I received an oil change that the team quickly tackled. So in turn, I decided to come back to have my brakes inspected. I was told before the review of my brakes that there will be no cost to inspect my brakes. However, upon my return (30minutes later after my car was inspected) I was advised of a $50 charge from the same gentleman that told me the inspection would be free. Saddening that this is how repeat customers are treated. I will NOT be going back to this shop and advise anyone to look elsewhere. A place built on integrity

They have saved me from doing unnecessary work, and have also done extensive work to keep my 2008 Toyota 4Runner on the road and performing like a Toyota should. I came in with concerns about suspension and steering issues on my car, and upon inspection suggested that I needed to replace my front lower control arms, as well as my drivers side axle. I was able to get those items replaced by the expected time promised to me. I also appreciate having the labor costs decreased due to having my car serviced faster than expected. I was not disappointed! They ran extra tests that other mechanics don’t in order to diagnose my car. SoCal Esmi I was referred to Jorges shop by my friend and work neighbor Mark. I am so glad I took my car in to this shop. The shop is on the smaller size but I knew they wouldnt be rushed, that they would take their time to do a through vehicle inspection. Not like at the dealership where they are always busy when Ive taken my car there. They even gave me a loaner to drive around while they worked on my car. I dropped my car off at 8A and it was done around 11A. I will definitely take my vehicle in at its next oil change.

Even though they were busy, they let me make a last minute appointment, and they stayed late just so I could make it home. They were very knowledgeable, and did not try to pull any shady tricks on me. They gave me some solid advice, and pointed out some things that I may want to look in to. Adam Lee My first ever negative review. Will not honor work or damage done to your vehicle. Their work left me stranded. Wheel bearing completed blew up less than a day after their tire rotation and wheel alignment. Stated they used hammer and torch during the alignment. Left me with a $400 tow truck bill after stating they would cover it. Wanted to charge me $800 to fix their negligence. I ended up having to do it myself in a parking lot, stranded again. Im surprised and disappointed at the level of apathetic management. *Update: Upon creating this review, the notes for my vehicle repair have been altered or deleted entirely.

The DJ SD Aaron and his crew got me in and out of there! Aaron went the extra mile for me, dude literally got out of his office, walked over Discount tire next door and got my new tires himself!!! Talk about fast service. I’ve never seen the general manager do it himself. Over all satisfaction and service. I’m gonna start coming here more often. His actions further confirms this is the right place to get the job done.

Cain and his team have been in the automotive industry for a very long time and are reputable. Not only in repairing but also building and fixing high performance cars. Back in 2022, They completely swapped my engine for a 350Z and it took them less than a month. Fast forward to 2025, I have taken my Japanese Import Subaru Impreza WRX several times here to get work done. Cain and his crew are very welcoming and have always taken good care of my car with fast service and fair prices. Highly recommend this shop!

Lili Reilly Do NOT take your car here!!! I dropped my car off to get some body work done and was given about a week estimate before it was ready. Fast forward a month later, I finally got my car back. Getting the car back in itself was a struggle. I live an hour away and had notified them I was coming days prior to pick up my car, as well as the day of. When I arrived at the shop they told me that my car was not there and it would be there in an hour-hour and a half. It took 4 hours for them to bring my car from who knows where? They claim there is a second body shop they take their clients cars to get painted, which I wasnt informed about at all. All the guys working there were extremely rude and unprofessional, they made me really uncomfortable and seemed upset that I wanted my car back. If that isnt bad enough, a few days after I actually got my car, i received 3 parking citations in the mail from a random address in Pacific Beach from 3 separate dates, all of which when they had my car in their possession. The parking citations totaled to $650 and nobody informed me about them (they wouldve been left on the windshield). I dont know how or why my car would have been left in a residential area an hour away from the shop I dropped it of at, which leads me to believe someone had either abandoned my car there or had been driving it like their own. The shop owner Sean and his dad? wanted to take no responsibility for the tickets, saying the "body shop" was responsible (they couldnt provide me with a name or address of said body shop) and ultimately told me I could figure it out myself and blocked my number from the shop phone. My entire experience with this body shop has been a nightmare, the guys working there are clearly incompetent and have no morals. I have no idea what they were doing with my car and I hope they wont do it to yours! Save yourself lol

Brian and Jonathan are so knowledgeable and took really good care of my car.. great prices with the utmost quality of work! Brian kept me updated all throughout the day and even sent me a photo of my bad control arm while car was in the air. It’s a one stop shop! You can get it all done here! Orestes Verge II I was referred to this mechanic shop about 11mos ago with transmission issues. Was initially quoted a good price so I had the work done. This is Feb/Mar 2024. Had a couple issues with the transmissions that were sent but finally thought we had a good one. Needless to say, the transmission was a bust. Took it back a few times and still had issues after picking it up. On the last try, I was told that it was a chain issue and the parts were ordered. I was asked if I could pick up the vehicle to make space at the shop until my parts come in. Unfortunately that was over 2mos ago and absolutely NO communication from Johnathan whom I’ve dealt with these past 11mos. All in all, the vehicle is STILL down and I have yet to be contacted about my parts. I now understand that was a ploy to get me to remove my vehicle with no further service as I have yet to be contacted about fixing my vehicle or the parts that were supposedly ordered. Took a chance and came up short on this one. Never will return or refer anyone and I’ll be letting the person who referred me know about the treatment. Very, very disappointed!

LV Office This place is awesome. Called 4 other places and none would take LKQ customer purchased/supplied parts (but they will happily buy them for you $++). I knew the dealer book called for over 3.5 hrs labor @ $250 ($850+) but actually takes less than 2hrs... Here $225!! WOW- this great!! When we called they were very nice. When we came in Jonathan greeted us and for a tatooed up cool looking guy, he is super down to earth, kind & a car tech Yoda. Car is fixed, we are happy and the cost was below what we thought. My 3.5yr old son approved also :] [ posted on Yelp too!]
