    c ha: Jessie and crew have done 2 repairs on my ‘18 Grand Cherokee. I went to their shop because they work with my extended warranty with Endurance Auto. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. They work directly with endurance auto so typically I don’t have to deal with them, Which is a plus. I always appreciate reputable shops That don’t jerk you around with the prices. I will continue to use them for my warranty service, And I’m happy to refer new folks over their way.

Wheel bearing completed blew up less than a day after their tire rotation and wheel alignment. Stated they used hammer and torch during the alignment. Left me with a $400 tow truck bill after stating they would cover it. Wanted to charge me $800 to fix their negligence. I ended up having to do it myself in a parking lot, stranded again. Im surprised and disappointed at the level of apathetic management. *Update: Upon creating this review, the notes for my vehicle repair have been altered or deleted entirely.
