SoCal Esmi I was referred to Jorges shop by my friend and work neighbor Mark. I am so glad I took my car in to this shop. The shop is on the smaller size but I knew they wouldnt be rushed, that they would take their time to do a through vehicle inspection. Not like at the dealership where they are always busy when Ive taken my car there. They even gave me a loaner to drive around while they worked on my car. I dropped my car off at 8A and it was done around 11A. I will definitely take my vehicle in at its next oil change.

Jack McKnight Our 2008 dodge Ram air stopped blowing cold air 1/2 hour before we got to our winter rv resort. We checked. The web and Imperial auto came up on google with great reviews. We needed a new compressor and Frank diagnosed it quickly , we made an appointment the next day and he was just like the reviews said. A few days later. My airbags weren’t working. I again set up an appointment with Frank at imperial auto and the airbags situation was fixed at a very reasonable price. I will highly recommend this shop in a second

To tell you I pickup my car and I went and park it. Afterwards, and later that day I went drive the vehicle and, hallelujah, the air conditioning was working. It had been five months since my air conditioner stopped working. I had to call him and thank him. He did it at no charge. Next, he corrected the hose that connected to the radiator that had been installed at a different location incorrectly and the hose obstructed access to the dipstick of oil, so I had a difficult time getting the oil serviced by other service provider. In my car, I do look under the hood. Thank you Enrique for an excellent service.

ANGEL RODRIGUEZ well where should I start, Kiki as I known him pretty much for over 30 years has been and is my number 1 go to car, truck and motorhome technician and mechanic. He is the God honest truth a life saver for all my cars. Ive taken him my Ford Excursion 7.3, Hondas, Audi, and my BMW. He has always resolved my car problems and pricing has always been right. on several occasions ive been out of town with mechanical failure on my car and motorhome and he has been able to pin point the problem and i was able to get back on the road. How rude to hang up on a customer whos property you have inside your shop! Unprofessional, rude! That guy who you made a deal with is my husband! If I didnt know any better 6minths Id think youre trying to rob me! What else am I supposed to think by hanging up! Brea Williams Worst place ever Took my car in because engine was overheating He fixed the fan supposedly then the water pump Told me was ready went to pick it up and car still overheated made me pay another 350 on top of the 780 I’ve already spent to order a new fan supposedly from Ford this time instead of AutoZone. Two weeks later, my gas pedal is completely stalling and it feels crazy to drive and then my engine is overheating. Car tells me to pull over and the whole car just completely stopped functioning at this point and now I wait for a tow company a complete scam like the guy does not even know what he’s doing or else this would’ve been fixed the first time I took it in

Edgar Mendez Came here for a smog check. Had a check engine light on. JC was able to fix the problem and and pass my vehicle for the smog check. JC gave me a positive vibe i didnt felt like I was going to be screwed over, its hard to find good and sincere mechanic. The only downside is that theres no space for over night parking nor a gate for majors repairs on your vehicle. JC is a good auto shop for quick fix issues.
