1 /5 Sunny Sunshine: I went in today 6-7-25 for a return of 2 clearance sweaters that had one hole in armpit and hole in front when I bought them. I finally got time to go in today return them within the 60 day policy and was treated poorly and denied return with valid receipt and my card I used for purchase. The manager Shivani was absolutely so rude. She tried showing me a policy on counter saying that no tags=no return but it didn’t say it. Also looked at my receipt and it didn’t say it either. The item could still be matched to receipt plus it’s the only place that sold the brand. Then she said I “chose those sweaters” “how do I know you got them from here” . I work in customer service for 12 years and I have never been treated this way. If you can’t handle customers then you should’ve be in customer service. I will be reaching out as high as I can reach till this issue is resolved. I honestly would’ve even been fine with exchange for same sweaters. The treatment from her was absolutely horrible. Do yourselves a favor and don’t support this location.
