Kelli Groves I love this salon. Denise has been doing my hair for many years and I highly recommend her or anyone else there. They are all great. Very friendly atmosphere inside a beautiful old home.

hammy sargent I had made 3 appointments starting at 12pm for myself, my boyfriend, and my sister. The stylist called me at 11:15 and asked me to come in AT 11:15 because the last appointment is too close to when she has to leave. Okay so we rush to get over there. She takes me back first and cuts my hair no longer than 10 minutes. It’s very choppy and uneven, and she had cut more than asked. She then took my sister back and again spent no longer than 10 minutes. This is the most choppy trim Ive ever seen! She took my boyfriend back and it’s like she didn’t even cut his hair. He has asked for his hair to be out of his eyes, but nothing had changed. She had also told him that my sister (9) ‘is too serious’ because she didn’t talk to her much. The total came out to $70. When we asked for a refund they refused, and said we could come back on Sunday (it’s Thursday) to get our hair redone. We said no we do not want you guys to cut our hair. My father went in to ask for the refund later and they immediately gave it to him no questions asked. So not only did they completely mess up our haircuts by rushing, they tried to get over on us. Maybe because we are younger. That just goes to show what kind of respect they have at this salon. Embarrassing. The girl who cut our hair is named Citlalli Cruz. She rushes and doesn’t even know how to do hair properly!

Gabriela Pastor Worst experience ever and I am not talking about the job done. Management needs to improve. I’ve been struggling finding a long time hairstylist. My friend recommended Nibardo and gave me the phone number. I called and scheduled an appointment. I was excited that I was able to go on a Saturday and didn’t need to miss work. I showed for my appointment and guess what? I was not even in the system!! Manager Karina “accommodated” me for Sunday with Barbara. I was not happy but I really needed my hair done for an event, it was way too long, damaged, and color was faded, plus grey hair was showing. Sunday I get there and Barbara showed me the options. I picked the color I wanted, she went to “mix the color”, two minute later she comes back and says “I’m sorry, we don’t have that color or anything I can create the color with”. At that point I wanted to get out of there but I need my hair to look decent and I had nowhere else to go anyway. I picked another color from what they had available. Then, to top it all off… I know this is not a VIP salon but hey! If others offer wine, champagne, or even mixed drinks, at least have water for your customers!!! I was thirsty and THEY DID NOT HAVE WATER! Poor Barbara went and got me water, she probably went to the mall and paid with her own money because her manager can’t even have water for the customers, or the colors available, or a reliable person answering phones and scheduling appointments. Needless to say that was my first AND LAST time at JCPenney salon.

Pearl Gonzalez 4 attempts to go there and only 1 person working. She ignores people when they come in and today, at 9:05, she just looked at me through the window and didnt bother to open! DONE!

B Sanders I took my son here for a perm after not being able to find anyone else to do it for a reasonable price. Danielle was amazing with him and did such a great job on his perm and his cut. The place was very clean and friendly. I will be bringing my kids here for their haircuts from now on and can’t believe I didn’t discover it sooner.

Kurt Kellerhall I picked this place precisely because they did not have any reviews. When I arrived, I was the first person there to get a cut. I spoke with a very nice woman named Samantha. She informed me that she had been a beautician for 16yrs and at that location for 12yrs. Long story short, I had not had a cut in over a year so my hair was a mess, and I wanted it short: Samantha had her work cut out for her-no pun intended. She went to work and must have went around my head 20 times in 15 minutes and perfectly cut my hair..............Amazing, probably one of the best cuts Ive ever had..............Thank-You so much Samantha! YOU MADE MY DAY

Joann Sovey I work with Torie Seth, and I find her wonderful in working with my hair. Cheerful and chipper, we find plenty to chat about as she freshens up my mop and restores it to beauty.

Joshua My momma had a rats nest in her hair after a few days stay in the hospital. Couldnt comb most of it out, so they cut it, styled it, and its the cutiest thing on my momma. Now its alot easier for her to maintain it as well. Thanks guys, momma loves it!

p butler Horrible hair cut. My hair ended up being uneven and not at all the cut I provided her the picture of. She was rude, the place was less than clean and she hurt my head being so careless and ruff.

Patty Guerrero Elizabeth did a great job on my hair,,.I had bright red hair it took us hours to remove that stubborn red dye that I had in my hair for years already, but she did and I walked out very content with a completely new look. Since then I have been back and I continue to be happy with my services Shes fair in price and provides quality service. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new hairdresser with plenty of experience.

Cari Vargas Look for Alexis. I started losing my hair last year and it started to grow back. The ends were burnt and stringy. Alexis did a great job at revitalizing it and gave me a cut that made my hair look and feel thicker and healthier. Most notable she was a cautious cutter - so she only took off a little at a time so I was comfortable with what she was doing. Will be coming back.

Melonie Martinez Liz is an amazing kind stylist. She is very welcoming and very talented she takes her time and is very precise . I would definitely recommend seeing her.

M A I had my hair cut and colored with Jessica, and she did an amazing job! I originally had my hair colored in a high end salon in Los Angeles, but they butchered my hair. I came to this salon to get my hair re-cut and colored, and my hair is now sooo soft, bouncy, and beautifully colored! I will definitely be coming back to this salon to get my hair done in a few months! Highly recommend, esp if you have curly hair and other stylists can never get your hair done perfectly!! Very happy with the service :)

gaby segura Brenda was excellent. She took the time to access my hair needs, fine hair with greying issues around my face, and recommended a thin weaving to start blending gray instead of just highlights. She cut and styled my hair just right. I’ll be back for that weave for sure. Thanks Brenda

Lexiy Goodwin Lori Garcia is the best nail tech around! I have never been disappointed with my nails. I always come in with some kind of an image or idea in mind and Lori makes it come to life in the most creative and beautiful ways. I have been going to her for over 4 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! The hospitality and friendliness is unmatched! I never leave a nail appointment in a bad mood and I never leave with nails I don’t love. I would highly highly highly recommend Lori!

Courtney Disinger My hair stylist was Amy Olivia and she did a fantastic job and her suite is very nice simple and calming. I highly recommend her and she is located at sage salon.

Berlynn I took my 2 little girls here for a hair cut and color and just a cut and I was so happy! From the minute I walked into this place the “vibe” was it for me! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I really enjoyed my time here and I didn’t even get a cut lol just watching my 2 girls be taken care of was it for me! My oldest got a bleachy blonde Abercrombie highlights haha idk the tech term. But the stylist I wish I knew his name (I have his card in the car) was amazing! Very kind and very professional! Always asked my permission before doing anything to her hair. I respected that soooo much! TY!!! My youngest whom is autistic and very timid got just a wash and a hair cut. He was gentle and great with her! She didn’t cry not once! Amazing! I’m just so happy with your guys service yesterday! I wasn’t expecting to leave feeling so satisfied! And for the price!!!

SIN XU I went in and asked to get my haircut it was late and understandably was going to leave but they let me in and I ended up being half bald. The guy didnt even ask how short I wanted it before cutting and said "We are going G I Jane" or whatever. Which I dont think was appropriate. I didnt even say anything about it and just lied saying I loved it and this was months ago. My hair has grown out so uneven and worse. I struggle with anxiety and socializing and speaking up are not in my vocabulary when unjustified things happen to ME. Im not coming back and I hope they get better I really do but I wont be returning regardless.

Diana Hernandez Unbelievable! That’s all I have to say. Went in with my mom because she wanted a fresh cut for her trip with friends In two days and my mother came out crying!! The terrible haircut wasn’t the worst part of the experience. When we first got there we let Maria know that my mom had just gotten through a very bad haircut experience about a year ago. She had been growing her hair out since then to get a bob done. After showing her the picture of what my mom wanted she reassured us that she’d done that haircut many times before. So we started the process. Once we saw the final product my mom couldn’t hold back her tears. The end product was NOTHING like what we asked for. My mom just wanted out of there so she asked Maria how much we owed her and Maria had the audacity to say “you know what, it seems like you just don’t like paying for haircuts” I was SHOCKED. How dare that woman speak to a client that way. The haircut was TERRIBLE and on top of it she insults my mother that way. Horrible. Wish we would have never stepped foot inside that place.

Isabel Lambert I loved it. I was able to go from extremely long hair to the extremely short hairstyle I wanted, something Ive found other salons have difficulty with as they dont think I want to go that short. I have wavy/curly hair and she styled my hair naturally, instead of straightening and then cutting. I can wake up and go, it works for the extremely curly first day, wavy next day, and straight. I love my hair. She cut my hair it to my face, and asked my opinion on what kind of bangs I wanted, and showed me what products she was using. Would definitely recommend and will be recommending, especially to anyone with wavy or curly hair.

Tubby Wubby Got my nails done here was charged $60 dollars for a full Acrylic set with tips not freeform, I got one color matte and no rhinestones or design just a basic set. Two of my nails were crooked ! Yes crooked and on my Left hand my thumb was missing polish . I’m okay with paying 60 if the job was done right! Definitely should not being charging this much with crooked nails and missing polish I don’t recommend going here and will be letting others know to not go to this salon as well for nails

Lauren Mitchell Alison does an amazing job! My hair cuts are always quick and perfect! She recently has started doing my color and really knows her stuff! So many compliments and my hair always looks beautiful!

Alex Akin I had an amazing experience with Steven! He cut my hair exactly how I wanted and paid great attention to detail. His professionalism and skill are top-notch. Great conversations, and I left feeling super confident with my new look. If youre looking for someone who truly knows their craft come get a cut here!

Danielle Garrison The barber was extremely sweet and nice but completely cut my 2 year old’s hair incorrectly. It’s at least 7 different lengths and I just wanted a simple comb over. And $40 for a 2 year old’s haircut is kind of crazy…

Valentin Pedroza I swung by the barbershop on a whim, no appointment, but Edgar hooked me up right away. Hes a total pro, super friendly, and gave me an awesome cut for just 30 bucks. Edgar has skills - he knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Plus, hes easy to chat with, which made the whole experience chill. Great cut, great vibes, and great price. I definitely recommend it.

Linda De Santiago Amazing experience! Sugaring is def 10x better than waxing! Regina is lovely and offers a wonderful, smooth experience. The shop looks very cute.

kailynn tios Regina is the absolute best!! I’ve been waxing for awhile but I didn’t see much of a difference until I tried sugar waxing. My hair has thinned out so much and Regina is truly a professional. She offers so much knowledge and experience, she truly deserves all the praise.

Felix Igartua Awesome salón. Owner is about taking care of business. Wife got her nails done and I got an awesome and stylish haircut . They got a couple of gentk3men there that know how to cut and are fast with it.

C. M.R. My nails were done by Jessica and when she was sanding down my fake nails she also sanded down my own nails and it was very painful. My nail polish was uneven and it came off the very next day. Apparently she just got her license and you can really tell she has no experience by the result you get. I rather pay more for my nails than go to that place again. I really wouldnt recommend it for getting your nails done.

Laurie Winters I moved here over a year ago and just had one bad hair cut after another. I’m so thankful to have found Mary. She made room for a cut on a busy day and WOW! She is a little bundle of expertise. I have NEVER had a cut that looked good even on my worst days! My hair is dry, has curl and is thick. She listened to what I wanted and then did her charm. She is the BEST! I highly recommend her. I’d give a 10 star if I could. Can’t wait for her to do color. Thank you Mary!
