5 /5 Berlynn: I took my 2 little girls here for a hair cut and color and just a cut and I was so happy! From the minute I walked into this place the “vibe” was it for me! Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I really enjoyed my time here and I didn’t even get a cut lol just watching my 2 girls be taken care of was it for me! My oldest got a bleachy blonde Abercrombie highlights haha idk the tech term. But the stylist I wish I knew his name (I have his card in the car) was amazing! Very kind and very professional! Always asked my permission before doing anything to her hair. I respected that soooo much! TY!!! My youngest whom is autistic and very timid got just a wash and a hair cut. He was gentle and great with her! She didn’t cry not once! Amazing! I’m just so happy with your guys service yesterday! I wasn’t expecting to leave feeling so satisfied! And for the price!!!

1 /5 SIN XU: I went in and asked to get my haircut it was late and understandably was going to leave but they let me in and I ended up being half bald. The guy didnt even ask how short I wanted it before cutting and said "We are going G I Jane" or whatever. Which I dont think was appropriate. I didnt even say anything about it and just lied saying I loved it and this was months ago. My hair has grown out so uneven and worse. I struggle with anxiety and socializing and speaking up are not in my vocabulary when unjustified things happen to ME. Im not coming back and I hope they get better I really do but I wont be returning regardless.

1 /5 Diana Hernandez: Unbelievable! That’s all I have to say. Went in with my mom because she wanted a fresh cut for her trip with friends In two days and my mother came out crying!! The terrible haircut wasn’t the worst part of the experience. When we first got there we let Maria know that my mom had just gotten through a very bad haircut experience about a year ago. She had been growing her hair out since then to get a bob done. After showing her the picture of what my mom wanted she reassured us that she’d done that haircut many times before. So we started the process. Once we saw the final product my mom couldn’t hold back her tears. The end product was NOTHING like what we asked for. My mom just wanted out of there so she asked Maria how much we owed her and Maria had the audacity to say “you know what, it seems like you just don’t like paying for haircuts” I was SHOCKED. How dare that woman speak to a client that way. The haircut was TERRIBLE and on top of it she insults my mother that way. Horrible. Wish we would have never stepped foot inside that place.
