2 /5 Christina Duarte: Stone swap was good, but what I got back was not the same ring I left them. I realize things can happen during alterations, but no communication about it. Before on left, after on right. Doesnt match grooms ring anymore. He offered to fix when I picked it up, but why not pick up the phone & communicate that the finishes got damaged? I was finally told to "take it to a better jeweler if I can find one". I will do just that.

5 /5 D. Nelson: My wife and I used J A Burgess Jewelry back in 2008 to make our wedding bands and then again 5 years later to add to our set. Our experience was awesome! Our set was completely custom made from wax and included gold collected from across our family; because we love things that are sentimental and special. We did all of this across distance via email and UPS and only just recently got the opportunity to visit their business location in Visalia. They do top quality work and I would recommend them to anyone ! Thanks J A Burgess

5 /5 Erick Mendoza: Very Kind and Professional I went to get my watch battery replaced. Only 15$ which is not bad specially since its a pricy Watch to start with. I gave them a 20 and they asked if i was sure! Ofcourse you guys where great!!!

I was heard, respected, valued, and very much taken care of. Some customization had to take place but it was all done in house with reasonable pricing and timeframes. And let me tell you… their recommendations and the overall outcome of the final product superseded what I thought I wanted at the beginning. They took my idea and made it 10times better and it came to life faster than I expected! This will always be my go to for all things Jewelry! A+++++

Called Asked to speak to a manager the person on the phone was rude and no help refused to let me talk to anyone else I asked for her name they said I’m not giving you my name. They make you feel uncomfortable they said that you being young is probably why it’s hard to understand they don’t care about explaining to you they are rude and unprofessional they just want to bug and trick you into buying something and opening an account with them . NEVER again purchasing from here!!!!!!

We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.
