Bobbi decided to raise her voice at me for no reason at all.. then to make matters worse she had an attitude. Moments later, she and Valerie went to the back to giggle about it even though nothing was funny Oh, and the store reeked like armpits… literally a slap in the face the entire time real luxury vibes hygiene should be prioritized especially for work. Shocking? Not really all the bad reviews speak for themselves. HR where are you!!!???

Christina Duarte Stone swap was good, but what I got back was not the same ring I left them. I realize things can happen during alterations, but no communication about it. Before on left, after on right. Doesnt match grooms ring anymore. He offered to fix when I picked it up, but why not pick up the phone & communicate that the finishes got damaged? I was finally told to "take it to a better jeweler if I can find one". I will do just that.

Briana Leal The best jewelers in town! I travel from another county to visit Luis and Myrna. They made me this beautiful birth stone pendent and gifted my baby daughter a ring. They also do great and fast repairs! Very nice people. 10/10

Pedro Gonzalez I purchased an engagement ring a few weeks ago, and I asked them not to run my credit because I am in process of getting a loan for a house so they said OK we do store credit so I agreed and I kept reminding and asking them not to put it on my credit. And I checked today on my credit score and it went down and it also said that a loan from Robert was added. And now I’m in danger of losing my loan for the house. They are so eager to sell you jewelry that they don’t really care that was my experience when I was there
