Noah Brenn I had the greatest experience at Gallery of Diamonds with Diamond Mike. My fiancee wanted to be surprised and Diamond Mike helped me every step of the way with designing a custom ring. I brought family heirloom diamonds and emeralds and we make the most amazing piece au could have dreamed of. They make you feel like family and make jewelry the most fun and stress free it can be!

Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online. So, if you have a unique idea and want it done correctly, this is a solid place to go. Highly recommend. custom-made.

CoolCat Went in for a battery replacement. Woman said “wait 10 minutes.” I waited and then she told my a piece came off my watch when she opened the watch and she would fix it but come back in 2 hours. Came back and watch looked fine. Wore it the next day and the piece came off and is floating around the face of the watch. I brought it back in to her the next day and she said “$20 to fix.” I explained that she was the one who broke it and she was the one who said she would fix it. She told me she did it for free the first time but now I have to pay. I explained that it wasn’t broken at all when I brought it to her but just needed a new battery. She explained that when she opened it the piece on the front fell off and she fixed it but now if I want it fixed again, I have to pay. I explained that her fix wasn’t ok and she needs to properly fix what she did but she told me to go away.

Her friendly attitude makes every interaction enjoyable, and it’s always a great experience whenever I work with her. It’s clear she truly cares about providing excellent service, and I always leave feeling well taken care of.

Kevin Nguyen We came in for a few appointments to look at diamonds. We felt pressured by multiple sales reps and managers to submit a security deposit for a diamond we liked. Ultimately we decided to go in another direction. The floor manager, Bill Aldredge, was very kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Even after we decided not to move forward with buying, he showed us exemplary and professional customer service. He was very reasonable and trustworthy. On the other hand, Sahar was a great sales rep up until we told her that we were moving in a different direction. She completely changed her attitude and was rude and unprofessional to us after she found out she wasnt going to make any commission off of us. If we ever came back, we would ask for Bill Aldredge directly and avoid Sahar.
