2 /5 Kevin Nguyen: We came in for a few appointments to look at diamonds. We felt pressured by multiple sales reps and managers to submit a security deposit for a diamond we liked. Ultimately we decided to go in another direction.
The floor manager, Bill Aldredge, was very kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Even after we decided not to move forward with buying, he showed us exemplary and professional customer service. He was very reasonable and trustworthy.
On the other hand, Sahar was a great sales rep up until we told her that we were moving in a different direction. She completely changed her attitude and was rude and unprofessional to us after she found out she wasnt going to make any commission off of us.
If we ever came back, we would ask for Bill Aldredge directly and avoid Sahar.
