They don’t know what NO means they mix things up to confuse you they bug you and say things that later they don’t remember saying Supposedly. Called Asked to speak to a manager the person on the phone was rude and no help refused to let me talk to anyone else I asked for her name they said I’m not giving you my name. They make you feel uncomfortable they said that you being young is probably why it’s hard to understand they don’t care about explaining to you they are rude and unprofessional they just want to bug and trick you into buying something and opening an account with them . NEVER again purchasing from here!!!!!!

    Judy Jacques: My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! They helped me find what I needed and they gifted me pens, a purse and even offered me a free jewelry cleaning. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.
