    Judy Jacques: My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

    Pedro Gonzalez: I purchased an engagement ring a few weeks ago, and I asked them not to run my credit because I am in process of getting a loan for a house so they said OK we do store credit so I agreed and I kept reminding and asking them not to put it on my credit. And I checked today on my credit score and it went down and it also said that a loan from Robert was added. And now I’m in danger of losing my loan for the house. They are so eager to sell you jewelry that they don’t really care that was my experience when I was there
