Rebecca Bommarito Had my hair cut by Dana. Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for a trim, thinking a few inches would be taken off. She cut off more than 6 inches. It took so long for me to grow my hair out and I stated that was a priority to me, only want a trim. I also do not like the style of the cut, the layers are very short and rigid. She also kept combing my ear aggressively which felt unpleasant. Will not be coming back.

Knownazz.donnie This is my second time visiting Calise, and once again, she never fails to disappoint, shes truly amazing. Her skill and attention to detail consistently exceed expectations. Calise has a remarkable ability to make every visit special, and the welcoming atmosphere at Tease Beauty Lounge only enhances the overall experience. Its a pleasure to have found such a talented stylist and a comfortable, inviting salon.

Elaine Nicoletta My hairdresser is here and she is the best. Every hairdresser in this place is fantastic. They (hairdressers) have been doing this for years. By far, the best place in Solano County.

Warren DeBary I dont normally go to a salon, but as a male, its my third time there and although Im outnumbered Shannon makes the experience comfortable and fun. Best yet, she does a wonderful job with cutting my hair! Bravo to all the hard working stylist at The Gallery Waterfront Solano.

Krista Samora I had the worst experience here! It’s under new ownership and the owner was unfortunately whom I had the bad experience with. After being kept late and her admitting I was not at fault for the late styling, she later made it seem as though she did me favor by staying later to do what we agreed upon in the beginning. This is after she didn’t even do what I requested and essentially told me I should be grateful she stayed late to do it anyways. The staff including her gossip about clients, new and old ones. I personally heard gossip about an elderly lady that has apparently gone there for years and “likes to show off her husbands status”. She agreed after a phone call to fix my hair since it came out a disaster, then when the time came to renew, straight ignored and ghosted me when I tried to confirm my appt or ask if we could reschedule. I even paid for services she said I didn’t need to pay for. The level of professionalism this place is lacking is horrendous. It was way too much trouble for my hair to end up as bad as it did. If you don’t get what you requested. Expect to be told you should just be grateful for the time they put in at all.

Fallon Niedzwiecki My family has been seeing Jamie for about 12 years! She just came back to the Gallery.... I drove all the way up from Orange County for her to cut my hair because no one else does it like her! Great person with a great personality!

Ryan Tina is great. I have been going to her for years. She remembers me and always knows what I want done. I witnessed her fix a girl’s disastrous "home cut" in just a few minutes.

Zeidan Freeda (Freeda) This is the worst hair salon, I had very long hair and came in asking her to fix the parting of my bangs (she did not fix the parting when I repeatedly asked) and give me long layers but ended up with shoulder length hair that is terribly cut and there’s no saving it. She also used a straightener on my wet hair which makes no sense because she kept saying my hair was burnt when it was fine. I can not wear my hair down or have my bangs out until it grows out which will take months. DO NOT COME HERE! SAVE UR MONEY! Still waiting for my apology you have my number.

Dennis David We are from solano county. I stumbled on her salon while getting el pollo loco for our lunch in fairfield. My daughter, my wife and myself have been going there for the last three years. Shes really good. My daughter and wife are very picky when it comes to people cutting there hair. She definitely was a good fit for us so we cant wait till her salon opens so we can finally get out haircuts! She wont disappoint.

Kathleen v Knotty Hair - Not So Good The historical bank vault is an interesting place to have your hair washed & loved the high windows. I had good things to say about Stacey & her services until…she totally blew me away with how fast she could turn on me. Stacey ran down her list of complaints that were not accurate at all. Paying above the normal tipping rates each & every time and I made sure it was in CASH. This girl is all about you meeting all of her expectations of what a good customer is. (Buy products, pay an exorbitant tip amount in cash, and make sure you use all her services REGULARLY) Stacey has a hidden ungrateful heart & who knows when she will unleash it on the next innocent customer. Beware she’s all about the money!

Ann Marie Lincoln I loved Knotty in so many ways. To start, this historical bank building is gorgeous inside and out. My hairdresser Shery gave me the most professional (and wonderful) color and cut Ive ever experienced. Ive already made my next appointment! Thank you Shery!

Pratthana P Stacey went beyond my expectations. She is professional and super patient. She takes time to understand my hair to get it right for cut and color. Shes very friendly and has great service mind. Im glad I found my local hairdresser and I will definitely go back again. Thank you so much to have my perfect hair done.

Mason Zhang Quality haircuts for a great price. Ive had alot of barbers but Ms. Ruby is definitely one of the best. She has alot of experience in fading hair. Im always impressed how well she is able to take care of everybody. She hasnt raised her prices in years. Be sure to make an appointment!

Danielle Rubio The managment was horrible and so was the service I received. I made my first appointment with a stylist . I showed what I wanted and came out with nothing similar to it . My hair was cut short without me knowing. Also my hair came out damage from the wrong color. It was spotty and horrible. To only find out she only use a toner and not hair color. After crying for 2 days I called to speak to a manager. He told me he will refund me a provide me with a free service with their master stylist to fix my hair the way I wanted. I just have to show up the next day to get the refund and book a appointment. The next day I went in and a different manager talk to me to refund me and set up a free service. After a week I go back to get my hair fixed in the last bit of the hair session they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. I told her it was free but she didnt have a clue what I was talking about. The 3rd manager I had to talk to began to make it free and banned me from returning for any services. The salon is unprofessional . How are you going to make it my fault when it was your stylist who messed up my hair in the first place. Not worth the money. They will damage your hair and they wont care. Becareful about complaining also cus they might just banned you for their mistakes. Worse salon experience ever. hair was never fixed just more damaged. Find somewhere better to spend your money

Bene’ So i love them! I am quite bougie and am more than impressed as a woman with textired hair! The hispanic woman gave me a great shampoo and conditioner and the black stylist did an excellent job on my textured hair ! I tipped very well! Because jc penney doesnt rip u off like most stylist do! Jc penney also has excellent shampoos and conditioners!

She did a fantastic job with my partial highlights, achieving exactly the look I was hoping for. sabrina martinez Jade did an excellent job on my hair. It looks shiny, healthy, a soft wavy hairstyle with just the right amount of body. She uses really good products. I am very happy with her work!

Marie Moore Hands down one of the Best Hair Salons I’ve been to!! The owner Jade was very sweet and responsive when I reached out to her about my hair. When I went to the salon for my consultation let’s just say the inside was such a vibe very sleek and clean and what I liked about it the most was that she had her own suite in the back that was private and intimate. She was very knowledgeable about what I was dealing with with my hair and what would be the best way to go about starting healthy hair journey. When I showed up for my first appointment it was definitely an experience you don’t get these days from other salons Having a glass of wine while getting a steam treatment on my hair which by the way I’ve never had was amazing.. Jades was very sweet and funny she kept me laughing and just so down to earth It felt like I was hanging out with one of my homegirls!!! My overall experience here at the salon was a 10 out of 10 I haven’t gotten my hair done in a long time because I had a terrible experience at another salon and she definitely changed that for me ans I look forward on returning from my future appointments!!!!

Ashley S All smiles and warm welcomes when I walked in. I loved my whole experience coming here! The team is very talented, friendly, and.. beautiful! Never found a salon this great overall. It was my first time, and had my hair done by the lovely owner Terresa. Excited for my future return! (I know these are a lot of pros, it may be weird but it’s an honest review)

Matte Cameron Excellent! Meikaela is very professional, knows her products and makes the time go by fast with her fun conversation while getting a Brazilian Hair Relaxer. The ambiance in the salon is very inviting and Theresa, the owner, makes sure everyone is comfortable and taken care off. Shes also an excellent interior decorator! I like the big space, but still inviting and comfortable!

Jam Lu I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I feel the need to shout THANK YOU from the rooftops! I made an appt 2 days prior and got in on Easter weekend. Keisha was super sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I didn’t have to style my hair after which is such a relief when you’re away from home and don’t know what to do with it anyways lol. She even offered to help me be cute for Easter, the next day, if I needed it :) Finding someone who actually cares and does an amazing job is truly a blessing. Thank you for all the advice! And for the record, I chose this salon BECAUSE OF the one star review. Her response was on point and people are always quick to bash without telling the whole story. And I am soooo glad I did. Seriously tho, thank you and much love from me and my little family!!

Joyful Life Keisha lied about the perm and applied a cheap over the counter perm instead of Design Essentials. My hair was broken off due to the chemicals. Operator failed to take responsibility and was unprofessional.

Charlenee Ott Had a wonderful experience at Straight or Knot Salon with stylist Aurora Renee. I came to her with long thick and curly dark brown hair, that she transformed into this beautiful color you see before you. I really appreciate her for being a trooper because let me tell you, my hair is not for the weak.

Sivale Basford Aurora is the BEST! First time having makeup on my face and it was flawless! It matched my skin tone, she took her time and she did a beautiful job with my hair. I was absolutely blown away by the service, professionalism, customer service and salon ambiance. I am a licensed instructor in the cosmetology industry and my expectations when receiving and paying for personal services are at the highest tier. Stormy SURPASSED my standards! The salon is simply gorgeous. I felt a sense of serenity and relaxation by just being within its surroundings. The establishment was ULTRA clean AND organized. Stormy was very attentive to my personal needs during my visit and included me in the process of achieving my desired outcome by asking questions. If you are looking for the commonplace, stay far away from Stormys Salon, lol. If however, you are looking for a beauty establishment that makes you feel like the Queen that you are and delivers on providing exceptional haircare, Stormys is SECOND TO NONE in Fairfield, CA. K I was highly impressed with the facial and services I got from this business. My facial treatment started with cleansing to get all residue off the skin. With over 20 years of experience I had high expectations and they did not let me down. Organic mango scrub to exfoliate, removing dead skin and improving texture. Extraction of the pores removing all the gunk. Facial and upper body massage for improve circulation. Double enzyme mask which brightens the skin. Because it’s been a long time since I’ve had a facial so I had dead cell build up. Oxygen therapy treatment was done with a high frequency current tool. This oxygenates the skin and improves appearance. A cold therapy ice globe treatment was used to tone and refine pores and reduce puffiness. She did an Ultra sonic current treatment to infuse collagen to minimize the appearance of fine lines and aging lines. The treatment was finished with a 24k gold mask for illuminating and toning the skin. She noticed a little Hyper pigmentation and suggested using a sunscreen everyday and some good collagen products that they offer. All in all I was highly satisfied I left relaxed and I definitely plan on coming back for more services. Call and book an appointment you won’t regret it.

One of the most comforting touches was the warmed bed—it made the entire treatment feel even more luxurious and relaxing. The facial left my skin feeling deeply hydrated and glowing, while the hand and foot moisturizing treatment made my skin incredibly soft and smooth. The scalp revival was the perfect finishing touch—soothing, refreshing, and invigorating. I left feeling completely renewed from head to toe. If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care experience, I highly recommend this treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

Stephanie Delgado Dont waste youre money the service was horrible the lady that gave me the cut put me Im a chair with another persons hair underneath, my shoes were covered in someone elses hair... Aside from that the lady completely messed up my hair. she was supposed to give me a trim but she pulled my tips off with the scissors and left them worse then when i went in!!! Hated it! Never going back!
