1 /5 Krista Samora: I had the worst experience here! It’s under new ownership and the owner was unfortunately whom I had the bad experience with. After being kept late and her admitting I was not at fault for the late styling, she later made it seem as though she did me favor by staying later to do what we agreed upon in the beginning. This is after she didn’t even do what I requested and essentially told me I should be grateful she stayed late to do it anyways. The staff including her gossip about clients, new and old ones. I personally heard gossip about an elderly lady that has apparently gone there for years and “likes to show off her husbands status”. She agreed after a phone call to fix my hair since it came out a disaster, then when the time came to renew, straight ignored and ghosted me when I tried to confirm my appt or ask if we could reschedule. I even paid for services she said I didn’t need to pay for. The level of professionalism this place is lacking is horrendous. It was way too much trouble for my hair to end up as bad as it did. If you don’t get what you requested. Expect to be told you should just be grateful for the time they put in at all.
