Alana A: Unfortunately Bianca cut my hair nice, but the style never held bc she doesnt spend money on products to put in your hair. I had a lady that did my hair, and my style would hold for days but she retired. Bianca was late all the time, and stacking clients where she is working on both people or your waiting almost an hour. This is not acceptable especially when your tipping more than 50%. I mentioned to the owner and It seems like they dont care. Sorry I cant recommend this salon unless your time is worth nothing and your hard earned money is not appreciated. Make any excuse you want to contact me but dont bother Im off to another salon.
DJ: Lisa was so polite and she actually advised me not to use the color I had chosen, but recommended the one that would look better on me. So glad she did. I got a lot of compliments on my mani/pedi
Danielle Rubio: The managment was horrible and so was the service I received. I made my first appointment with a stylist . I showed what I wanted and came out with nothing similar to it . My hair was cut short without me knowing. Also my hair came out damage from the wrong color. It was spotty and horrible. To only find out she only use a toner and not hair color. After crying for 2 days I called to speak to a manager. He told me he will refund me a provide me with a free service with their master stylist to fix my hair the way I wanted. I just have to show up the next day to get the refund and book a appointment. The next day I went in and a different manager talk to me to refund me and set up a free service. After a week I go back to get my hair fixed in the last bit of the hair session they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. I told her it was free but she didnt have a clue what I was talking about. The 3rd manager I had to talk to began to make it free and banned me from returning for any services. The salon is unprofessional . How are you going to make it my fault when it was your stylist who messed up my hair in the first place. Not worth the money. They will damage your hair and they wont care. Becareful about complaining also cus they might just banned you for their mistakes. Worse salon experience ever. hair was never fixed just more damaged. Find somewhere better to spend your money
David Miller: I recently visited Great Clips ant the Green Valley Center and was thoroughly impressed by the entire team’s professionalism and skill. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and they made me feel welcome and comfortable.
My stylist, Maricela, did an incredible job with my haircut. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to suit my style. The precision and attention to detail were top-notch.
I also noticed how efficiently the other stylists worked. Vanessa, Cami and all seemed to have their clients leaving with smiles and fantastic haircuts. The camaraderie and teamwork among the staff were evident, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
The salon was clean, well-organized, and followed all health protocols, which made me feel safe and taken care of. It’s clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and values their customers.
I highly recommend Great Clips for anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and high-quality haircut experience.

Isabel: I just left this store and am never coming back. Every time I come in this place I am followed. And yes it’s obviously bc of my skin color. I only ever by 3 things- fake nails, masks, and occasionally makeup. But I take my time since the prices here are not cheaper but it is convenient to find everything in one place. I’m fed up with a whole store full of people and being followed every time. Today it was 3 idiots following me and one was so stupid she followed me through every asile like I couldn’t tell. I can be with my son, in work clothes, bum clothes, it doesn’t matter. They are not friendly, not even a fake smile which everyone else seems in the reviews agrees with. And for all that following not once did they offer to help, and i needed help finding a foundation! What’s crazy is that I have a high limit credit card with them and this is making me want to cancel.
blooniedog1: This is my second visit with Teresa, but not my last! Both times I was happy with how she listened to what I wanted, enjoyed the great scalp massage with my shampoo, and walked out with my hair looking and feeling great! The ambiance of the salon is lovely as well.
