1 /5 Parker Sandora: Dont be fooled - they do NOT take walk-ins. Rode my Motorcycle all the way from San Francisco to get a regulation Marine High and tight. walk in, immediately told - no walk-ins, appointments only. Ridiculous given the rural/run down nature of the location.

5 /5 Ronald Gotong: The only barber I go to. Ruby is a pleasure to talk to and is very professional. Walks ins are welcome but Id recommend making an appointment because she can get busy. Prices are reasonable as well.

The salon itself is beautiful, but what makes this place amazing is the people who work there! This was my first time booking at the salon and a scalp treatment, and from my call with Kimberly, I felt heard and guided. Then, my appointment with Natalie was probably the MOST relaxing and amazing experience I’ve had at a salon. The treatment itself feels relaxing, but her energy, kindness, and love for her work shines through every step of the process. It is also incredibly helpful and informative for scalp health and I felt a difference immediately. Amazing experience, people, and products! Definitely recommend!

Ive been with my same hair person for 8 years, but I was going to miss my appointment and the grays are real so I felt like I was taking a leap of faith going to someone different. My hair is bright copper, outside of the natural range. Amber did a perfect job matching the color so my roots are seamless. She is also a lovely person to chat with. If Im still here next month Ill be happy to book with her again. Bonus points to Ritual for having transparent pricing on the website. Theres nothing fun about learning at check out that your nice new hair costs 3x more than you expected it to.

I was initially drawn to the salon based on the inclusive and intimate environment they described on the website. I was not disappointed! The salon has become a peaceful sanctuary for self care time. Shelby has always been able to achieve exactly what I request. She has also taught me haircare tips through the years that have dramatically helped repair my damaged hair. The reiki sessions accompanied with the scalp massages have been rejuvenating for the body and soul. I can’t recommend Shelby enough! I leave the chair feeling beautiful, inside and out!

BayAerialDrone 2017: This was my first time to the L Squared Salon since I relocated to Santa Rosa. I Loved it!! I thoroughly enjoyed this bright comfortable classy salon vibe. Nadalie put my mind at ease right away with her professional opinion and a great consultation.The L Squared Salon have very good hair products too, like Bumble and Bumble. As you can see I have long thick hair. I am crazy about keeping my long hair so I was nervous to see a new hair stylist. I am normally 75-100% full grey/silver at my root. Nadalie touched up my root and popped in some highlights. She has an absolutely amazing warm personality too. I am sooooo happy with the outcome. I was really worried about finding a new salon in Santa Rosa. Nadalie totally resolved that issue for me. Thanks a bunch! NO editing My hair picture is true color hues.

Hollie Philbin: Im not sure why there are not more reviews on here! Payton is amazing. If you are a blonde she is your girl. I recently moved out of the state and I contemplate getting a flight home just to get my hair done by her!! I cant recommend her enough. She will be honest with you about what shade of blonde is possible based on your current color and will never risk damaging your hair. She doesnt promise unrealistic colors like some stylists do, obviously you cant go from black hair to blonde in one sitting and she will tell you that! Its so refreshing to trust your hairdresser and know that you will come out looking amazing every time. I have never been worried with Payton, she gives me the perfect ashy blonde every single time!! So sad that I moved, it has made me appreciate how great of a stylist she really is.

Yosef Sahler: First time going to get a men’s cut here. I was greeted by an unleashed dog barking and charging at me. And an amplifier turned up to 11 (good music but not the place for that volume). The only stylist was terse and kept trying awkwardly to make small talk by barking/commanding: “tell me about yourself” “tell me about yourself” “tell me about yourself.” She cut my hair unevenly; which I now have gotten fixed at my regular place Halo. And the towels are musty and gross. If you’re into mildly abrasive and zany people and don’t care about your hair, this is the perfect place for you…
