m ettejam This place is incredible! I was apprehensive about going for my first spa massage since Covid19, but my sister referred me here. So happy to see they are Covid conscious beginning with the paper slippers when you walk in, temp checks and the Covid questionnaire. The calming atmosphere, waterfall and spa music enveloped me when I arrived. I unplugged from my stresses and focused on an hour of far and away the best massage Ive ever had. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The masseuse definitely has gifted hands and the owner is professional and accommodating. Ill be booking again next month & I purchased a gift certificate for my sister-in-law shes going to love it. I bought a couple of the skin products they sell. I left feeling like a million bucks! Worth every penny!

K I was highly impressed with the facial and services I got from this business. My facial treatment started with cleansing to get all residue off the skin. With over 20 years of experience I had high expectations and they did not let me down. Organic mango scrub to exfoliate, removing dead skin and improving texture. Extraction of the pores removing all the gunk. Facial and upper body massage for improve circulation. Double enzyme mask which brightens the skin. Because it’s been a long time since I’ve had a facial so I had dead cell build up. Oxygen therapy treatment was done with a high frequency current tool. This oxygenates the skin and improves appearance. A cold therapy ice globe treatment was used to tone and refine pores and reduce puffiness. She did an Ultra sonic current treatment to infuse collagen to minimize the appearance of fine lines and aging lines. The treatment was finished with a 24k gold mask for illuminating and toning the skin. She noticed a little Hyper pigmentation and suggested using a sunscreen everyday and some good collagen products that they offer. All in all I was highly satisfied I left relaxed and I definitely plan on coming back for more services. Call and book an appointment you won’t regret it.

Marie Moore Hands down one of the Best Hair Salons I’ve been to!! The owner Jade was very sweet and responsive when I reached out to her about my hair. When I went to the salon for my consultation let’s just say the inside was such a vibe very sleek and clean and what I liked about it the most was that she had her own suite in the back that was private and intimate. She was very knowledgeable about what I was dealing with with my hair and what would be the best way to go about starting healthy hair journey. When I showed up for my first appointment it was definitely an experience you don’t get these days from other salons Having a glass of wine while getting a steam treatment on my hair which by the way I’ve never had was amazing.. Jades was very sweet and funny she kept me laughing and just so down to earth It felt like I was hanging out with one of my homegirls!!! My overall experience here at the salon was a 10 out of 10 I haven’t gotten my hair done in a long time because I had a terrible experience at another salon and she definitely changed that for me ans I look forward on returning from my future appointments!!!!

Kimmy Eddins I absolutely love my hair! I came into the salon the other day for a 1 PM appointment and was out by five! The salon was very nice very well put together, snacks, and drinks were provided. Evony Was very kind and greeted me as I sat in the salon chair. Tahanae did my sewing and the braids to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and I’m very happy with the results. If you’re looking for a black owned salon/hairstylist to go to then this is the place for you. Very affordable styles and my head was left feeling very fresh, no red bumps or anything!

V This was my first appointment made for my little sister. They worked with us on availability and got us in on short notice. The girls in this salon are nice and the environment is relaxed. She did a great job braiding her hair, we were happy with the results. Well definitely be back

Isabel I just left this store and am never coming back. Every time I come in this place I am followed. And yes it’s obviously bc of my skin color. I only ever by 3 things- fake nails, masks, and occasionally makeup. But I take my time since the prices here are not cheaper but it is convenient to find everything in one place. I’m fed up with a whole store full of people and being followed every time. Today it was 3 idiots following me and one was so stupid she followed me through every asile like I couldn’t tell. I can be with my son, in work clothes, bum clothes, it doesn’t matter. They are not friendly, not even a fake smile which everyone else seems in the reviews agrees with. And for all that following not once did they offer to help, and i needed help finding a foundation! What’s crazy is that I have a high limit credit card with them and this is making me want to cancel.

Fernanda Chavez I approached the employee Natalie for some help, asking for a shade that was not on the counter. She seemed bothered I even asked and immediately said everything that was out is all they had. As I was at the store I saw the shade I had asked for was available online at the same location so I ordered it. I waited for it to be ready for pickup and sure enough it was the shade I had asked for. Basically the shade was available and it just seems like she didn’t bother to check… it turns out she is a Manager and that just shows the lack of customer service leadership they have.

Mason Zhang Quality haircuts for a great price. Ive had alot of barbers but Ms. Ruby is definitely one of the best. She has alot of experience in fading hair. Im always impressed how well she is able to take care of everybody. She hasnt raised her prices in years. Be sure to make an appointment!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. My stylist, Maricela, did an incredible job with my haircut. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to suit my style. The precision and attention to detail were top-notch. I also noticed how efficiently the other stylists worked. Vanessa, Cami and all seemed to have their clients leaving with smiles and fantastic haircuts. The camaraderie and teamwork among the staff were evident, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. The salon was clean, well-organized, and followed all health protocols, which made me feel safe and taken care of. It’s clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I highly recommend Great Clips for anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and high-quality haircut experience.

Steven Strecker Cami is a great stylist. Whenever I get my hair cut, in specifically go to Green Valley to see her. She has been cutting my hair for around 7.5 years and always does an amazing job. Jayson Obiacoro I’ve been going to this Great Clips location for a good while and I can’t say enough of how great Vanessa and Kwan have been cutting mine and my son’s hair. They are exceptional, but having observed the other stylists, you can’t go wrong with any of them! The staff is so courteous and really great at what they do…and the shop is always so clean so it’s no wonder this place gets so many customers so I highly suggest you use the online check in system to get your name on the list!
