2 /5 Azaagul Care: I booked an appointment for 9:30am and was under the impression that I would be out of the salon by 1:30pm (according to the booking site). The stylist assured me that I should be done around 2pm, which I was completely okay with. I did not leave the salon until 7:30pm. The stylist was not prepared as she did not make the locs ahead of time as her booking page stated. She also ran out of hair, but I was very understanding as miscalculations happen. Had I known that I would be sitting in a chair for about 10 hours, I would have made plans accordingly. After experiencing tightness, I decided to contact said stylist to figure out the best way to relieve some tension as I now have red bumps near my crown. To my surprise, she blocked me. Both the stylist and I agreed upon the hairstyle before the initial appointment. To claim that I was indecisive during the appointment is invalid. I find this very unprofessional as I have made it clear that this is my first time with this style. The work is beautiful but blocking a client from contacting you concerning aftercare is extremely unprofessional and inexcusable.
