But then Jessica opened her shop, and after my third visit, I am blown away. Her service is cheaper than on base, yet so much better. Jessicas haircuts remind me of the fantastic deployment haircuts with the straight razor, precision, and neck and head massages. I highly recommend this new place to anyone. Jessica is detail-oriented, friendly, and takes pride in her work.

5 /5 Rosie Dela Cruz: Ladies, if you’re looking for a great haircut or a change in hair color, this is the place to go. Great service and great prices! Prices vary depending on the services you get. I got about 6 inches cut off, shampoo&conditioned, head massage, had my hair styled, and went from black to a dark brown. Jessica is very skilled, professional, and personable. Overall, had a great experience with her.

5 /5 James Mathis: Little know place right out side of base. Privately owned Salon. Jessica is amazing at what she does and super friendly. I asked for a medium skin fade and she went the extra mile. Razored the sides and styled after cut. For $20 bucks...you cant get that level of service for $20 bucks anywhere these days. I tipped $10 extra and its still cheaper than base... Ive brought my wife and daughter here over the last month and she is equally as good as ladies cuts and styles. Daughter got acrylics removed and gel nails put on. Highly recommend. Not your normal barbershop or salon experience.

Carol Ristan: I had a wonderful experience with Nina. I have very curly, frizzy, color treated (over gray) shoulder length hair. I saw pictures of Ninas fabulous work on curly, damaged hair in reviews on-line and hoped she could help me. Nina took the time to discuss my hair issues, what I wanted to achieve, types of cuts, recommendations on processes and products that could also help. After my haircut, I was going to have her blow dry it by brush, but Nina also took the time to show me how to use the diffuser properly and get the best out of my new cut. The next time I washed my hair and air dried my curls, Ninas cut seemed to give my curls more definition, height on top from her precise layering, and fresh looking ends. Nina is a magician!

Alana A: Unfortunately Bianca cut my hair nice, but the style never held bc she doesnt spend money on products to put in your hair. I had a lady that did my hair, and my style would hold for days but she retired. Bianca was late all the time, and stacking clients where she is working on both people or your waiting almost an hour. This is not acceptable especially when your tipping more than 50%. I mentioned to the owner and It seems like they dont care. Sorry I cant recommend this salon unless your time is worth nothing and your hard earned money is not appreciated. Make any excuse you want to contact me but dont bother Im off to another salon.

Danielle Rubio: The managment was horrible and so was the service I received. I made my first appointment with a stylist . I showed what I wanted and came out with nothing similar to it . My hair was cut short without me knowing. Also my hair came out damage from the wrong color. It was spotty and horrible. To only find out she only use a toner and not hair color. After crying for 2 days I called to speak to a manager. He told me he will refund me a provide me with a free service with their master stylist to fix my hair the way I wanted. I just have to show up the next day to get the refund and book a appointment. The next day I went in and a different manager talk to me to refund me and set up a free service. After a week I go back to get my hair fixed in the last bit of the hair session they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. I told her it was free but she didnt have a clue what I was talking about. The 3rd manager I had to talk to began to make it free and banned me from returning for any services. The salon is unprofessional . How are you going to make it my fault when it was your stylist who messed up my hair in the first place. Not worth the money. They will damage your hair and they wont care. Becareful about complaining also cus they might just banned you for their mistakes. Worse salon experience ever. hair was never fixed just more damaged. Find somewhere better to spend your money

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. My stylist, Maricela, did an incredible job with my haircut. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to suit my style. The precision and attention to detail were top-notch. I also noticed how efficiently the other stylists worked. Vanessa, Cami and all seemed to have their clients leaving with smiles and fantastic haircuts. The camaraderie and teamwork among the staff were evident, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. The salon was clean, well-organized, and followed all health protocols, which made me feel safe and taken care of. It’s clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and values their customers. Isabel: I just left this store and am never coming back. Every time I come in this place I am followed. And yes it’s obviously bc of my skin color. I only ever by 3 things- fake nails, masks, and occasionally makeup. But I take my time since the prices here are not cheaper but it is convenient to find everything in one place. I’m fed up with a whole store full of people and being followed every time. Today it was 3 idiots following me and one was so stupid she followed me through every asile like I couldn’t tell. I can be with my son, in work clothes, bum clothes, it doesn’t matter. They are not friendly, not even a fake smile which everyone else seems in the reviews agrees with. And for all that following not once did they offer to help, and i needed help finding a foundation! What’s crazy is that I have a high limit credit card with them and this is making me want to cancel.
