1 /5 Kathleen v: Knotty Hair - Not So Good The historical bank vault is an interesting place to have your hair washed & loved the high windows. I had good things to say about Stacey & her services until…she totally blew me away with how fast she could turn on me. Stacey ran down her list of complaints that were not accurate at all. Paying above the normal tipping rates each & every time and I made sure it was in CASH. This girl is all about you meeting all of her expectations of what a good customer is. (Buy products, pay an exorbitant tip amount in cash, and make sure you use all her services REGULARLY) Stacey has a hidden ungrateful heart & who knows when she will unleash it on the next innocent customer. Beware she’s all about the money!

DJ: First went to see Patti at this salon before my vacation. She came highly recommended and for good reason. I got a trim and a root touch up and her match to my hair color was spot on. Went back to get a hair cut last month. I love the atmosphere here and this is now my go-to salon.

Mariah DLG: I don’t usually write reviews but Madison and Mane deserves the recognition. Friendly staff, chic atmosphere and got exactly what i asked for. As someone with very straight, virgin hair who doesn’t style it often, I look for a very subtle low maintenance cut. Leah listened to my needs and 100% accommodated. My biggest fear coming into a new salon is that my request is too plain or I will get something unflattering to my rounder face shape, however this absolutely wasn’t the case. My hair actually feels like it’s tailored to me now and I could trust it was in good hands. It was tricky looking for a place that didn’t have a hard line between dramatic layers and blunt, one-length cuts. Or that only advertises heavily curled/styled cuts (again, for someone with extremely straight hair who only wears it air dried and likes a looser, seamless appearance). So, I couldn’t be more glad to come across a salon that can also nail the bare basics for simple girlies like me, look forward to coming back! ❤️

Jessica: I would not recommend this place the blonde lady that did my hair cut it way to short! I told her and showed her a picture of what i wanted which was face framing long layers with curtain bangs...my hair was long already when i walked in and she completely just cut off inches, she said that it was the same as the picture that it just needed to be styled but no she basically gave me really short layers it wasnt the same and now i have short hair! Not only that she used thinning scissors on me without asking! I wear glasses to see far way so i couldnt tell what she was doing in till it was to late and she was moving onto a different part of my hair to thinne out i was so upset I just payed and left!
