Hope Brown I just got a basic acrylic medium square nail with one color no design. I think 65 is a bit much for just that. Im sorry! I love the service and the quality but the price is way steep. I usually pay 45 or 50 and thats for a longer length with design. Now to each his own, the rating is based on price not service, the service was great at least 4 maybe 4.5.

Nereyda Melendez After weeks of searching for a new hair stylist, my daughter sent me Adriana’s insta as she had heard she was great! I got a face frame with layers, and sure enough she was AMAZING, the salon is super aesthetic and cute and makes you feel welcomed! The entire experience at Ninety Ten Collection was top tier, so happy I came Across Adriana and the salon. Highly recommend.

Adrianna Robertson Hey, Once upon a time ago I love this place and was happy that they moved closer but sadden that the young lady that I booked before wasnt available or doesnt work there nomore . I went with someone else Jocelyn. So, I didnt know that they had moved until I saw the address was different from the one on Google than the one she had sent me being that I already saved them in my phone so, i went to the ine saved in my phone. When I finally arrived 30 minutes later I expressed I went to the address on Google and not the one she sent me becuase I thought that was the same address. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and explain to me that they try to change it but Google cant change the address so. I said ok. Waited for Jocelyn and who came out and got me and I told her I went to the wrong address and if she can waive the late fee becuase I didnt know the address was different and it seem that all she can state was "well I sent you the address" I understand but It wouldve been nice for you to all so text the address on Google is not correct this is the right address smh. Then , she said "Well that never happen before" and I said its a first for everything thing. So, I agree to the late fee and I did the service. After, she was done with my eyebrows me not holding on to bad energy I let it go and thank her for her services and apologize for being late but she still had this attitude becuase our pior conversation. Wish , she been more understanding and not hold on to animosity.

Alexis berberian Absolutely love Ninety Ten Collective From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with a hidden gem of a boutique inside. My mom and I have been going to Lourdes for lashes and laminating for over a year and she’s beyond the sweetest and always gives 110% and always does what’s best for your lashes, Lourdes continuously does an amazing job and never fails to make me feel like a new person after leaving her chair with stunning brows and lashes! And I always recommend her to anyone who is looking to get extensions she is very inclusive and has something for everyone’s style. I was also recommended to Adriana for my hair, and she’s absolutely fantastic. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that suited my hair type and face shape. The end result was even better than I had imagined! The products she used were top-notch and left my hair feeling soft and healthy. Also very personable with what products I could use on my hair to help with hydration and I’ve seen a noticeable difference! With so many options of what you can treat yourself with from lashes,to hair to permanent jewelry, nails,waxing, facials they truly are a full service salon, Overall the service was excellent and I felt truly pampered throughout my visits, I highly recommend Ninety Ten Collective to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable salon experience. And anyone who needs a refresh.

Katherine Great place. All the workers here are so kind. There place is clean and welcoming. I only go here now. They are just so pleasent to be around I get taken such good care of and they do a beautiful job on nails. The wax is so good for my sensitive skin I never break out like at other places. Theyre worth the money.

Jamie Laird Very poor quality with hidden expenses. They don’t explain when certain things cost more, either. I asked for French tips and wasn’t sure if I should do acrylics or dip. I told her I wanted them to be on the shorter side and square. The lady recommended doing dip because it would be cheaper ($55 instead of $65). However, I wasn’t told that French tips would cost more. So it came out to $78 with their included “service charge” of 20%. Not to mention the nails look horrible. She made it look like I have clubbed nails, they’re thick, short and round/blocky…. They also don’t do basic things like cut your cuticles or soak your nails. Getting them fixed elsewhere today.

Dawn Jarrett My nails look absolutely horrible. Theres paint all over my fingers and missing on half of my nails. And then when I went to pay I told him I would pay for a tip in cash and he said its okay I added the tip. $24 for tip on horrible looking nails.$144 for a basic pedicure and a basic full set. Sue did ok with my pedicure and was super nice. I dont know how this place has any good reviews

Garden Of braids It’s been a year since I started renting my suite here, and I couldn’t be happier. The place is beautiful, clean, and very elegant. I’ve never had any issues — everything runs smoothly. My clients love the atmosphere and always compliment how nice and professional the space feels. It’s truly a great environment that makes both me and my clients feel comfortable and welcomed.

Erionne Lewis I absolutely love LUXE. I’m actually occurring tenant there and I must say that out of all of the spaces I’ve ever had,This is probably one of my favorites suite style! Not only do I love Jamie who runs the place, but my customers have given nothing but compliments on cleanliness, the professional look of the building as a whole in my individual suite. The cool thing is, although I am a tenant, my wife got a barbering service from one of the barbers (my luxe neighbor )who has been there for a long time and the service was amazing she said! I definitely recommend to get services provided as well as to rent your own space there and run your business. Everything is 10 out of 10 in my eyes

Scott As always with any massage, it matters what your needs are and who your masseuse is. It was my first time here (90min full body massage) and it was really amazing, especially for the price. You have to speak up if you have specific tough spots to focus on but my lady was communicative and checked in throughout, she really knew what she was doing. Keep it simple and polite as English isnt their first language. Highly recommended.

Alyssa Villalpando I made an appointment the day before for FOUR pedicures for my family and i, and the salon was able to accommodate. When we arrived we did not wait long and we all got seated at the same time. For $40 my toes look AMAZING. They really took their time and scruffed the dead skin and cleaned up my cuticles. Even tho we already took up 4 of their chairs, they were not bothered when we decided to also get a full set and a manicure. Everyone in this salon is a hard worker and pays attention to detail. I came out of here feeling like a brand new woman. Definitely a salon worth returning to.

Angela Mora My first time at Le Nails was a great experience. I had a fill and pedicure. I always feel like people are rushing and not caring about the finished project. Cindy and Ven cared and took their time to make sure that my nails looked great. I will definitely recommend this nail shop and I myself will.be back.

G ET isnt there anymore, but Stacy did my nails and I LOVE it. Theyre very nice and she does an amazing job! A fresh set with gel polish and a design on 2 fingers was only $48. Great work for great quality (coffin shape, my fingers are a little crooked)

Kelly Zito The most disgusting unsanitary and judgmental place I’ve ever been to!!! First of all, let me just say I do not have an issue with any man versus a woman doing my pedicure, but when the man did my pedicure, he was extremely rough with my feet. I let him know. He was rough with my feet. He started talking, whatever language he speaks to everyone, and they were giggling which I’m assuming he was talking badly when I picked my nail color he told me oh bright color and started talking again to his associates in a language and giggling, like I don’t know what I did or what is going on or you have to act like that, but I took the pedicure in stride to say the least. Upon returning home two days later, my skin started disgustingly peeling from my feet. I went to the emergency room because they started to burn. They said they had gotten infection from this company do not ever go here. They are not clean. They are not sanitary and they do not appreciate your business.

Tara Meehan I have been looking for a nail salon for a long time since moving here and this was my first time here. The employees are insanely sweet and super attentive. There were two females & one male working when I went in. I didnt get any names but the male (I think his name may be Danny) did my acrylic nails. I showed him an inspo picture and Im super happy with how they came out. He was super nice & asking how I like liked the shape, length and design through the whole process. Sometimes you get a lot of nail salons that make you nervous to ask to change things but not here. I also had a cut on my finger I was worried about and he was super gentle & everything was vary sanitary. He said theyve been open for 10 months. So they are a fairly new nail salon. The salon itself was clean and cozy. They have a great selection of colors. I had an appointment at 3:00PM and walked in around 2:55 and they sat me right away. It seemed that everyone who came in was seated right away. Not much waiting. I was out of there by 4:40 (I got a full acrylic set w/ nail art & regular gel pedicure). The pedicure was great also! Both ladies who worked on me were super sweet! They also sent me home with a complimentary cuticle oil pen. I paid & tipped in cash which I think a-lot of businesses prefer. I will be back to this place for sure! I highly recommend!

Maricela Galindo Jimmy has always been my go to! I moved up here from LA so it took a couple misses from other nails salons until I found Nails Palace. Jimmy did OUTSTANDING, Ive been his customer ever since. Not only do my nails look fab but I also go for his entertaining stories.

Alexandria Moore The man who sits in the front of the salon who is in charge was very rude to me. I asked him to fix 4 regular gel nails because the paint had came off. He said they did not have the color. The color is Ballet slipper. I found it on their nail thing and then he said I had to replace color on all my fingers. I told him I would pay the full price but I did not want to replace my whole hand because I did not have time. He then said they did not have time. He simply did not want to paint my nails and that’s fine but maybe changing his Iine of work should be considered. I am a loyalty member here, recommend this place to everyone who asks me about a good nail salon, and come here often with my kids. I don’t want to pull the racist card but he was more than happy to help a white woman who walked in with no appointment during his conversation with me. I encourage everyone to spend their money where every race is respected. I will not be returning here.

Brianna Woodcock This is the only nails place in this area that I trust! One of the best things about them is that everyone does an amazing job so you don’t have to worry about getting a specific person. I do recommend making an appointment because they can get busy but they do accept walk-ins as well. Usually I get acrylics but I decided to just polish my natural nails and they look amazing! Oh and they always do my toes perfect and they last a long time

Sydney Stansell I went and got my nails done and then had to go back a few days later to fix it, they fixed it which was great but as she was finishing (an hour later), she tells me the gel nail polish (their own nail polish) is bad and that’s why it chipped the first time so now here I am less than a week after fixing it with multiple nails chipping, just in time for thanksgiving my nails look awful. I don’t have another hour to spend at the nail salon. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

Sokvanndy Castro I have been to this nail shop twice now and both times Kai was the nail technician that worked on my nails. His ability to pay attention to details is amazing. Both times I showed him pictures of the nail designs I wanted and both times he executed it perfectly. Not only was I blown away with his artistic abilities, but also with the fact that my nails lasted a month without any chips or breakage. They also provided different of spa pedicures, I cannot remember which one I got, but it included the paraffin wax dip and my feet felt so soft and amazing afterwards. All of the employees here are great, customer service is great and I will definitely make this my go to nail shop. I highly recommend that you make an appointment prior to your visit because they do get pretty busy.

Betty Lee I went back in February and they were great. The person that gave me a pedicure was Mimi. It looked nice and the price was the same as listed $30 so I did leave a tip. When I went back in June another technician completed my pedicure. She clipped my nail on one toe and made it bleed. Then after all of that she had the nerve to charge me $10 over the original price. I did not get anything extra. Why is one technician charging the price listed which is $30 and another technician is making up the pricing without any advance notice. I dont care for businesses that are changing prices constantly. It is not good to recommend them if you are not sure what price they might decide to charge. Beware.

Andrea Aleman LOVE this place. Lynn has been doing my nails for a couple months now and she is AMAZING. Never had polish or nail chip or break. Brought a couple friends here now and they come see the other girls and do manicures as well. Best nail salon I’ve been to and the prices are great as well.

Jane M Excellent pedicure! The salon was clean, and the workers were friendly. sunny did an excellent job on my feet, I had a nail that was cracked and broken, and she spent some time fixing it, also did a great job on the rest of the pedicure. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Erika Villasenor Horror nail shop the girl looks like new doing nails all the glue stick to my finger thick nail didnt clean under the nails, she cut me very painfull took a week to cure my fingers from the cuts and clean all the glue from fingers nails, Not returning dont recommend going there. Did the manicure and pedicure the nail color didnt match in fingernails or toes nails I choose the same color for both the worst service ever.

Marisol Guadalupe I have had hell manicures with Jennifer and Tammy. They do a great job by keeping the natural shape of your nail and not using too much gel polish which leaves ur nails thick and heavy feeling .

Sokvanndy Castro I will definitely be coming here again! My nail tech today was Dave and he did an amazing job. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I finished, I spent a total of about 1.5 hours, which is not bad compared to other nail shops I’ve visited where I would spend hours. The pricing was reasonable, I paid $52 for a full set of almond shaped acrylics with gel polish. The establishment was clean and the staffs were really friendly. They had a lot of colors to choose from, but my favorite is the bright green I chose today. The color is super vibrant. Will be coming back in a couple of weeks for a polish change for Easter. I’ve including two pictures of the color in both outdoor and indoor lighting.

Liz Horton Called the day before for two manicures. They got us in and out within 35 mins. Really nice people. A little pricey for a gel mani it was $70 for two people nothing fancy just a solid gel color on natural nails. No hand wax or anything included.

Google Play I am expecting my nail to be like the first time I came here but it’s not, this gel manicure is sloppy, edge are rough. Staff are nice! I am thinking maybe the skinny lady who did my nail can’t see so much that’s why edges of my nails are sloppy

Paula Serur Not the best nails. For the price I was expecting really well done acrylic nails. Mine are full of bubbles that make them seem unprofessional. I asked them to be shorter and the person who did my nails said she would file them shorter and didn’t, I loved the metallic color on them but it doesn’t look great because of the bubbles. This is my second time here, the first time I only did gel and the same happened. I thought giving it a second chance because people speak so highly about this place. Not coming back.

Amparo Martinez Worse experience, I requested gel color, my manicure wasn’t done correctly I ended up having nail polish on my skin. After requesting that the owner fix the poor job, she replied saying, if I want something perfect we cannot do it for you. I remained calm after that comment, she wanted me to pay first before fixing it. Her attitude and poor costumer service was unprofessional. I didn’t disrespect anyone at any point, the only thing I did was requested a normal clean manicure. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE.

Uncommon One My pedicure was to include stones. They weren’t used. The tools are washed but not disinfected for at least 15 minutes between clients. The foot spa liners are changed, but the basins aren’t disinfected for at least 15 minutes between each customer. The e-file they use to file peoples toenails isn’t changed between customers. I specified twice I only wanted my chin waxed, but she asked about the area just above my chin and charged me without disclosing there would be an additional charge. The waxing menu said 8, but she charged me 10 plus an additional 5 for the area I didn’t ask for. The relax mani is supposed to come with an 8 minute massage. There were a few minutes on the arms and a few pats on the shoulder. Definitely won’t be back.

Janet Gonzales They let you make an appointment but don’t honor it. You have to wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment to get your nails done. Time to find a place that values costumer’s time.

Vi R Did not use a base coat so i expect these to last maybe 2 weeks, did not wash hands until finished, did not do a after file/clean up. Said my nail does like this when i pointed out if he can fix the slanted nails. Why so rushed, I really wanted to like this place, maybe Ill give one more chance.

Gabriella Reyna Horrible job. I’ve came to this place for my pedicure twice before & enjoyed the job that was done at the time. However after getting my nails done today was the worst experience ever, the lady was annoyed after I asked her to fix my shape after showing her a picture of off white nails with a square shape, they looked coffin to me so I asked for them to be fixed. She was filing the sides down so much that I was bleeding. My nails are so chunky & lumpy! I myself am a service provider & couldn’t help but notice all of the state board violations this time around. I paid for my nails along with my step daughters nails & we were on our way.

Folsom Aaron (Prince Lyon) i went in here for a regular pedicure, I walked in and the lady was sitting in the lobby with her shoes off, didnt even know she worked there. At first, everything went well with the massage and everything, then she started cutting my nails extremely low and crooked!!!!! and it seemed as if they were rushing my business to close, because as soon as we left, they started closing, didnt even clean just put plastic around the part you put your feet in. Overall THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR ANY SORT OF NAIL SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Jocelyn Calbreath Some of the worst nails I’ve ever had. One nail has a giant lump, which I commented on and he said “will file.” Then barely touched it. Two of the nails have smudged paint on the design, one is completely crooked, and none of them are uniform in design or even close. I walked out in tears and cancelled my eye brows because it was so bad.

Danica Coelho None of the staff was nice, they had had attitudes. I got over charged just to remove nails , that were mostly off anyway, and apply a regular top coat of nail polish. The type of nails I had on, gel extensions which are amazing, they talked negatively about and tried to get me to get their dip nails. I would never recommend this nail salon, even as a last minute resort, which is why I was there. Next time, I will just wait.
