He was responsive when I pointed out anything that was wrong and solved it quickly, friendly without complaining. When he saw something not right he removed and fixed. Im happy with the results and experience.
Cons: extra to remove cuticles didnt sit right with me and it isnt called out on the price list. Creating a clean nail bed should be foundational to the process. This is usually my experience with great nail techs.
