5 /5 Nikki Novi: I had scheduled an appointment with another nail salon, but when I arrived there they didn’t even look at me as the spoke. They told me to pick a color without going over the options with me and left me looking at a basic set. After over 15 min without any joy, I decided to leave and I am really glad I did. I walked into Sophia’s Nail Spa and was attended to right away, with smiles and enthusiasm as they answered my questions. Kara was available to service me right away, offered me a complimentary refreshment and even had a stand for my phone for me to watch something while she worked. Her demeanor helped me relax and her focus made me feel well-attended to. I decided to schedule a pedicure with Kara for the next morning, which lead to another great experience. Customer service was attentive without being overbearing. The energy was warm and casual. Kara took care of my feet and painted my toes with spirit and attention to detail. She is a true artist! I didn’t have any of the worrisome or disappointed feelings I often have at other salons and I’m very happy with the results. It’s difficult to find great service these days.
