5 /5 Nikki Novi: I had scheduled an appointment with another nail salon, but when I arrived there they didn’t even look at me as the spoke. They told me to pick a color without going over the options with me and left me looking at a basic set. After over 15 min without any joy, I decided to leave and I am really glad I did. I walked into Sophia’s Nail Spa and was attended to right away, with smiles and enthusiasm as they answered my questions. Kara was available to service me right away, offered me a complimentary refreshment and even had a stand for my phone for me to watch something while she worked. Her demeanor helped me relax and her focus made me feel well-attended to. I decided to schedule a pedicure with Kara for the next morning, which lead to another great experience. Customer service was attentive without being overbearing. The energy was warm and casual. Kara took care of my feet and painted my toes with spirit and attention to detail. She is a true artist! I didn’t have any of the worrisome or disappointed feelings I often have at other salons and I’m very happy with the results. It’s difficult to find great service these days. Thank you, Kara and the rest of the staff for your hard work!

2 /5 Sukhneet Brar: I called ahead for a mani pedi asked if 1 hour before closing time is enough. The receptionist said yes, honestly I wish he’d said no. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were quick and efficient. The receptionist ruined my experience. From the moment I arrived, told him the service he was very unprofessional. Once I sat down he demanded payment. The staff appeared in tension with him and interactions with him. I would give the staff 5/5 stars but the receptionist was absolutely horrible. I would not return just because of the receptionist.

1 /5 Shareen Chandra: The staff never asks me which type of pedicure iI would like. The gals assigned to me by the owner almost always assume I am there for a basic pedicure . My last service was with Tracy . Her and the other girl, maybe the owner were havta heated loud argument, Tracy was not gentle at all on my toes each time she was havtthis heated language with the other person who I am assuming is owner or manager. I had to ask Tracy to be gentle and that she was too rough. This was my last visit here.

3 /5 JT W.: Went in for a gel mani and pedi, felt rushed and the man didn’t clean the cuticles well. Also noticed that the manicure equipment is dirty just not a good experience. Quite disappointed.
