2 /5 Olga Jumbo: Unfortunately, I got a nail infected after a pedicure. I’d also like to point out that the prices are extremely high compared to the area +30%. The service was ok but it’s easy to see why there isn’t foot traffic.

1 /5 Brenda Torres: Bad quality, not happy with my nails if they dont know how to use gel they shouldnt use it. My nails look like if a child painted them. To pricey $$ definitely not coming back.

1 /5 Leslie Frausto-Sanchez: Very UNSANITARY. The prices are bogus. The woman had told me and my girls we would be paying certain prices for eyebrows, nails and pedicures depending on who got what and when we got to the register she changed her prices. She had said we would each be paying $8 for eyebrows each, $27 for one pedicure and $45 for one full set, but the eyebrow waxing came out at $12 each. The pedicure came out at $47 and the full set came out as $60. All but one woman were barely how to do our nails. The designs were atrocious and they basically wanted to charge for everything they did. If they gave you massages without asking they would charge extra without our knowledge. Towels were dirty and then used on other people right after it was used on another person. Some of our acrylic nails came out too thick as well. Everything was very sloppy. The main woman who is in charge degrades people who come in, in order to make a profit. Example, "you need to do your eyebrows so you can look pretty" or things such as, "youre eyebrows are ugly it makes you look very ugly I can fix it". I strongly recommend not coming here unless you want to get ripped off and very bad service.

1 /5 Jessica Sanchez: Although I have gone to Nail Trix for years and referred many people to them I am now editing my review for their current services 1. They are EXPENSIVE 2. They never open on time and always make you wait. 3. A friend paid $40 for a gift card that they wouldnt honor because it has been 3 months since she got it for me. I couldnt being to explain how RUDE they were to me. I will not return and I will pass the word so that other dont return. The lady who purchased the gift card visits them every two weeks and still they wouldnt honor it. Very disappointing. They are basically pocketing peoples money by not honoring it.

1 /5 Michelle Balbuena: They did a horrible job & my toes were not even shaped the same! I made them stop & was accused that "people like me try to get free work" ... as if they should be throwing out the race card. For the $70 they tried to charge for a basic mani & pedi - they also grabbed my arm to try to make me stay until I got angry
