1 /5 Jamie Laird: Very poor quality with hidden expenses. They don’t explain when certain things cost more, either. I asked for French tips and wasn’t sure if I should do acrylics or dip. I told her I wanted them to be on the shorter side and square. The lady recommended doing dip because it would be cheaper ($55 instead of $65). However, I wasn’t told that French tips would cost more. So it came out to $78 with their included “service charge” of 20%. Not to mention the nails look horrible. She made it look like I have clubbed nails, they’re thick, short and round/blocky…. They also don’t do basic things like cut your cuticles or soak your nails. Getting them fixed elsewhere today.
