1 /5 Swathi Raikar: Horrible Bathroom Experience My stay at this hotel was ruined by the terrible condition of the bathroom. The toilet was a complete disaster—water was flushing out of the bowl and flooding the bathroom floor. It was unsanitary, unpleasant, and downright unacceptable. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, no immediate solution was provided, leaving me to deal with the mess. For a hotel of this standard, I expected basic functionality in the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the facilities.

5 /5 Mrkamraman Photography: Clean comfortable rooms some say that they are outdated, but they are rustic and beautiful. Location is the key. Staff was superb. We will definitely stay here again.

3 /5 S Garcia: This place has potential but goodness it is OUTDATED and in desperate need of renovations. We opted for a one bedroom apartment style suite. The location is great, youre right up against the water and they do have a decent sized pool and in ground hot tub. The room itself was pretty gross and smells like an old former smoker unit circa like 1980. Im guessing its been at least 10 years since it had a deep cleaning. Weird, random chairs, the floors extremely warped and squishy. The bathroom sink was leaking and Ive never slept on a softer mattress. Also, the bed had a weird mismatch of pillows? It was a strange experience. Front desk staff was friendly.

5 /5 Cynthia FuQua: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, gorgeous view of lake Tahoe. Reasonably priced, great place to stay, no onsite food but multiple dining options short walk away.

3 /5 Ally Frank: We made the best of our stay, by staying out. Our room was really outdated. Beautiful view but sadly people washing their clothes in the lake.. I had to call and let the office know about it. I will say, the office workers were quick and helpful, very well mannered.
